This was a last minute booking I made the night before and as it ended up, we were the only two in our group, so it was a private tour for my husband and myself. The tour guide, Jim, was very friendly and informative and took care to explain everything we were seeing. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the jeep tour to anybody who wants to see the sights in Hanoi. He even offered to send us suggestions for other things to see and places to eat, which we appreciated.

We had a wonderful 3-day experience, including one night on the cruise and one night on Cat Ba Island. The cruise and the scenery were absolutely beautiful, with many different activities and very delicious food. We explored Cat Ba National Park and visited a wartime cave with a stunning view overlooking Lan Ha Bay. In particular, our hotel 5* on Cat Ba Island was located right on the beach of Lan Ha Bay — a breathtaking natural wonder of the world. We also booked a private car back to Hanoi, and they were very professional, arranging a vehicle immediately at a very reasonable price, especially during the Lunar New Year period. Meanwhile, we saw two other guests at our hotel asking around everywhere for transportation, but in the end, no company had available cars because during Lunar New Year, most drivers stop working to celebrate with their families. We felt truly lucky because our experience was worth every penny we spent. Most importantly, all 18 members of our family were happy together. That was the greatest gift of all — something no amount of money can buy. Thank you for organizing such a professional tour in Vietnam and for giving us so many meaningful experiences connecting two natural wonders of the world.

This was one of the best tours we took in Hanoi. Picked up from our hotel bang on time by Tuna & Cheesy. The tour starts with a delicious lunch at a cute restaurant with all options catered for. Then the tour proper begins. We went to so many different areas. Old quarter, black market, train street, West lake, Govt area & mausoleum, old French bridge etc finishing up with a nice cold beer in a little pavement cafe. So much fun & the young drivers were so kind & considerate. It was a truly memorable trip
