It was such an amazing experience I totally recommend it. It was so nice to see different places. The tour guide was very funny and very informative. He made the trip a great experience. The only thing I would recommend for improvement to all cruise ships to arrive at the cave in turns as it was overcrowded inside the cave by some point.

Great guide with great tour

It was a great experience. We were with Luca and I’d definitely recommend working with him. We were taken in the morning from the hotel. Although we were picked up 15 minutes before the agreed time, we were ready and it was not a problem. The bus for transportation from Hanoi to Halong Bay is a very comfortable one. They stopped us at the silk shop, which was worth visiting. We finally arrived to Halong Bay. The boat was clean and spacious. Lunch was top notch. As for the stops, I regretted going down the boat for Ti Top island beach as it was packed with people. They may have chosen a different hour for the island. Speed boat activity was ok. Tour definitely worths the value and a must do in Hanoi.

Just came off the Ho Chi Minh City Motorbike Street Food Tour with Anna, and what an exceptional experience it was. Anna was an absolute pleasure — warm, engaging, and incredibly skilled navigating the nonstop energy of Saigon while introducing me to some of the most delectable culinary delights throughout the city. And trust me… this is NOT just a “tasting tour.” These are full small-plate meals packed with explosive flavors ranging from seafood and savory beef dishes to vegetarian specialties and unforgettable desserts. By stop number three I was completely full, but every single dish deserved at least one more bite. What made the evening even more special was the final ride through the vibrant nightlife of Ho Chi Minh City — from the bustling inner streets to the dazzling luxury towers and high-rises lighting up the skyline. Anna even helped me stop at a pharmacy along the way, which somehow became one of the highlights of my evening. Thank you, Anna, for making this drift through Saigon so memorable. A full-day experience in Hạ Long Bay. It had everything. A bus ride to reach the port. A cruise through the bay among the small islands. Kayaking in caves. A stop at an island where you can hike to the top and enjoy the view from above. Swimming at the island’s beach. A good lunch. A jacuzzi on the upper deck. Beautiful sights along the way. A very good package for those who don’t have much time, as it offers a bit of everything.

Our guide Tom and the driver really looked after us all day, we were collected from our cruise ship on time , in an air conditioned comfortable car. We saw so many different interesting attractions during our day, Tom was very knowledgeable about them all. One stop was for an Egg Coffee, really creamy, a must do! The included lunch was lovely, the restaurant and staff really nice. The mad traffic is an experience like no other, both fab and mad, our driver did a great job. Thank you Tom we had a really great day spending just the right amount of time at each attraction.

Excellent day tour packed with activities, stunning scenery, and delicious seafood. Our driver and tour guide, Phong, picked us up from our hotel in the Old Quarter around 7:45 am, and we spent about 45 minutes picking up other guests around the city. The journey to Ha Long Bay took approximately 3.5 hours, including two stops for restrooms and coffee. Around noon, we arrived at the marina and boarded the boat. The crew welcomed us warmly with cold tea, salads, steamed rice, a variety of seafood, and fresh fruit for dessert. Additional beverages and cocktails were available for purchase. After about 30 minutes on the boat, we reached Ti Top Island, where you can climb over 400 steps to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views. Alternatively, you can relax on the beach and swim for about 45 minutes. We then returned to the boat for a short ride to the next activity—choosing between kayaking, a bamboo boat, or a high-speed boat ride. This was a great way to explore the bay up close for about 30 minutes. The third stop was a cave visit, where we spent around 45 minutes exploring. By 5 pm, we were back on the boat heading to the marina, enjoying a beautiful sunset along the way. At 6 pm, we boarded the bus for the return trip to Hanoi. The entire trip was very well organized and absolutely worth it. Phong provided clear instructions, detailed schedules, and interesting insights about Hanoi’s history, all while keeping the group entertained with his sense of humor. The driver was experienced and ensured a safe and smooth journey both ways. We highly recommend this tour and look forward to coming back for a 2–3 day cruise in Ha Long Bay.

It's a must do activity if you are in Ha Noi

Wow, just wow. The landscape is incredible. I think that Vietnam is one of the most beautiful country and Halong Bay is a must do for all. The crews did exceptional job welcoming us and catered to our every needs. The cabin was little small but that is expected on a small ship. However, we could have easily spent a whole week on this boat. Tom and Jerry (Host and Manager who are also married) were great. They seemed genuinely enjoy their job. The restaurant manager, Long went out of his way to accomodate our needs. Exceptional service! Please keep in mind that they are all freelancers and depend on tips as majority of their income so please tip generously if they make your trip memoriable. I highly recommend this company.

The cruise itself was lovely. We upgraded to a suite and I thoroughly recommend the investment. It is beautiful and spacious and not a huge amount of money. There were plenty of activities and visits and we started straight away. The food is very good. My only complaint is that there is too much. Our guide was friendly and knowledge. I was sad to leave!

Tour is well organized and great value for money. Tam was an excellent tour guide and shared lots of knowledge about Vietname Language, History and Culture. First Island in Halong Bay on Day 1 was pretty crowded as expected but the cave visit afterwards was good. Sunset that night was picturesque and it was definetly worth staying overnight as the next morning it felt like we were the only boat out in the Bay which gave the whole scenery an amazing vibe. Pearl factory next morning was interesting and a bit of kajaking on top for those who like rounded up the overall experience. Tam also provided extra help in further organizing next steps of my trip.

Great way to see ha long bay.

Well organized tour lasting about 24 hours. The staff worked really hard to make everything go seamlessly. They give you an itinerary right at the very start and stick to it throughout the time. The staff were very pleasant and service oriented. The facilities were good just as they look in the photos. The food was great, the scenery speaks for itself, and the boating/kayaking/swimming/cooking class, etc.. were all good things to keep you occupied. There were small just sufficient breaks so it didn't feel rushed. I also enjoyed meeting other travelers in a setting that was small enough <50 passengers, that you got to talk to people if you wanted to do so.

Relaxing retreat with amazing scenery

We loved our trip to Ha Long Bay! The boat was very comfortable and our room was gorgeous with a balcony and tub bath. The staff was extremely attentive to our every need. The food was very good, a mix of buffet style for lunch and breakfast and then plated meal for dinner. You do have to pay extra for any drinks you want. The excursions are great, including swimming, kayaking, and bicycle riding. I would definitely recommend the two nights stay because you get to do more activities and the one night seemed very rushed.
