We had a great time on our Sena cruise! Communication and service were excellent! Pick-up and travel to the marina were smooth. Room was comfortable. Food was delicious and accommodating. Tommy was an amazing tour guide, so helpful, and gave us interesting information along the way.

Sunday was incredible,engaging, and knowledgeable as well. He spent over 1+ days with us. He is a tour guide, magician, singer, chef, Tai chi instructor, and really great guy.

I was so looking forward to this and it didn't disappoint. We were collected from our hotel in Hanoi by Sunday and he was with us the whole trip. The boat was beautiful, the views amazing, buffet food was lovely with plenty choices and a good mix of activities. Sunday commuted well throughout leading all the activities from kayaking to Tai Chi and even played us some music in the evening. Nothing felt rushed, cocktails were lovely and we had a truly lovely time.

We had a great trip on Sena Cruise out on Lan Ha Bay. Pick up was on time from our hotel in Hanoi by our guide "Mike". After picking up the remaining travellers, we headed out to Ha Long Bay to get on a tender, out to the Sena Cruise boat. The tender was a bit old and weary, however it did the job! As we approached the boat, the crew were all waving and smiling, ready to great us. The cruise was amazing. We ate more than enough food, with catering for all dietary requirements available. We visited a cave out on the water, enjoyed happy hour on the rooftop and made spring rolls. After dinner karaoke or squid fishing was available before bed. The morning started breakfast and the kayaking before packing and having an early lunch. Staff were absolutely amazing, but a special thank you to Luong, who made sure we were fully satisfied with every element of the cruise, provided recommendations for food and was so pleased to be able to teach us some of her language. I don't think there was a time she wasn't smiling.Luong made our time on Sena Cruises
