It's just a short walk out past the parking lot of the port area, follow the walking path and then find the Cactus sign. The attendant was very friendly, helpful and informative. The carts were clean, working well and the price was quite reasonable. He welcomed us back when we returned.

Great choice for an amazing day!

This was a perfect way to soend the day at Grand Turk! Highly recommend THIS company! On a previous Grand Turk visit we did a guided golf cart tour that lasted about 2hrs and felt a bit rushed and more focused on things we cared less about (souvenir shopping) but it allowed us to get a glimpse of the island, how easy it was to navigate and how it felt safe. This trip, we opted to rent directly and spend the day doing what we chose - which ended up being drive the entire island, see the sights and stop at landmarks like the lighthouse, stop to pet donkeys, check out multiple beaches, etc. We spent about 5hours doing exactly what we wanted and it was amazing! We felt our golf cart (and the others from this company) were definitely some of the better, newer ones and while we passed several broken down golf carts around the island, ours and every other one we saw from MBM had no issues. This is the perfect way to spend a port day at Grand Turk.

the pickup location is just outside the terminal parking area. go through the parking lot then follow the sidewalk out to the gated entrance to the cruise terminal. they are located just past the gate. friendly and easy. our golfcart was faster then everyone elses.

Sheldon is the MAN!

What a wonderful experience, very safe and fun my wife (52) never ridden an 4 wheeler. Sheldon our tour guide went over everything and she picked it up without any issues. I would recommend goggles as the sand from riders in front of you really gets in your eyes. I wear glasses and did manage, but could cause small eye irritation. It was a wonderful experience.

Go see Miss Rose at R&B, she is the best !

They are not the closest to the port/boat, but worth the walk to do business with Miss Rose. When you leave the port, you walk diagonally across the parking lot then just a few yards down the path after you go through the gate area. Google maps has a marker and I suggest you get a mental map in your head so you don't wander around like we did to find her location. They have limited space for all the cart vendors, and renting carts seems to be the main source of income around the port so there are lots of vendors/carts. Luckily they all know each other and when we mentioned R&B they all knew where to point us to find the R&B location. The 6 passenger cart ran perfectly and accommodated my adult family (3 couples) and our beach belongings with no trouble. Miss Rose even gave us her direct phone number and said if we have any trouble at all to call her. Great customer service all around. We will be back there in October on another cruise with just my wife and I and i WILL be renting from Miss Rose again! Thank you Rose

It was amazing! We got started right away, and ended right on time, so being on time is super important. The guides were super helpful, and knew what they were doing. We loved being in the air! The only downside is how short it is for the price—only 25-30 minutes. Overall, we had a great time and it was worth it.

Best excursion

The best excursion we’ve done on Grand Turks! Be prepared to be gone for at least 4 hours, but what a blast. First, they take you out to a crevice to snorkel. There’s about an 800 foot drop off, and you see so much marine life. Next, you head towards Gibbs Cay, where they will free dive for conch along the way. We had two experienced free divers as passengers, and the captain gladly let them join in. Total, we had 9 conch. When we got to Gibbs Cay, the crew began working on the ceviche. We all took turns pulling the conch out of the shells. You spend about an hour playing amongst the stingrays and relaxing on the beach, and then it’s time to head back. While in route, the crew passes out spoonfuls of the best ceviche you’ve ever had!! So glad we did this!!!

Best Golf Carts on the Island

These golf carts were amazing! They were easy to find right outside the port entrance, which made everything simple and stress-free. The carts were new, clean, and even had Bluetooth so we could listen to our favorite music while exploring the island. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole rental process smooth. The price was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend renting from them. I would definitely rent from them every time we visit!

Great rental experience even with a broken down cart

We rented the upscale 6 seater and had an unforgettable wonderful experience in Grand Turk. You have to walk outa the port and D.E.A. rentals was the last one. Ours was #15. Pay the $250 refundable deposit - which you get back when return the cart. The staff goes over how to use it and gives a map with hand written places that was should go explore. Our cart broke down at Pillory Beach - the starter went out. We called D.E.A. Rentals and explained the problem. They sent multiple guys out with a starter in hand and an upgraded cart #25 with a Bluetooth speaker and 2 fans (which was awesome) in about 20mins and we were probably 15 mins from the port. The customer service was outstanding!!! We got on the new cart and off with our adventures we went. We even passed other carts on the road. These upscaled carts are faster than most. We will definitely rent from them again.

Great Company. Customer Satisfaction Second to None.

I booked and paid for a six person golf cart in Grand Turk months in advance. I received confirmation and was ready to tour the island. A couple of days before we were to arrive we received confirmation and the place where we would meet to pick up the cart. We were all set and ready. However, the morning we were to dock in Grand Turk the captain decided the seas were too rough to safely dock in port so we missed Grand Turk. We were very disappointed. I contacted Viator and explained the situation. I received a full refund without having to jump through hoops. That speaks volumes to the character of this company. If I ever need another service this company offers this is the company I will choose even if they’re a couple of dollars more than their competitors. They have shown an example of customer service that I wish all companies would follow.

Wonderful Tour

Provided local map with recommendations marked - for food, etc on the island, which was very helpful. Had both front and rear cart/vehicle guides and at our stops, provided excellent information about Turks and Caicos. Highly recommend and if we have the opportunity to return, would book again! - thank you Daniel and Bishop for a wonderful afternoon!

Great way to see Grand Turk!

Had a great time touring Grand Turk via off road type golf cart. Tour starts outside the cruise terminal. You drive a two seater gas powered golf cart around Grand Turk, led by Daniel. He will take you all over the place, thru coral mine, old salt mining area, downtown tourist district, light house and even socialize with the locals (donkeys) etc. I highly recommend the tour!
