We spent the morning with a fantastic crew ! Snorkeling in the gorgeous waters. My daughter dove for a conch shell and then we stopped at Gibbs Cay and spent time with the stingrays. The crew made us conch ceviche which was delicious. I highly recommend this excursion! It was an easy walk down the beach from the ship.

Great excursion! The walk to the beach office was a bit long, but we felt the boat ride and cultural experience was very worthwhile. Great memories for the family.
Response from Host, Apr 2026
Walking along the shoreline to reach us offers a chance to step away from the crowds and into the quieter side of Grand Turk, with the ocean beside you setting the tone for the day ahead. Time on the water, along with cultural traditions like conch brought up from the sea and prepared fresh, reflects knowledge passed through generations connected to these waters. As a small family business on a remote island, your words hold meaningful importance and help sustain the households and culture we continue to share. 💙

Wonderful experience! The captain and crew were fantastic.Conch salad made fresh onboard. Would highly recommend and do again.
Initially I was nervous we wouldn’t make it back in time to board our cruise (I had heard if you don’t book excursion thru cruise line, there’s no guarantee to be back in time) but we had ample time! Plenty of time to shop, sightsee, and eat.
Lovely experience!!!

I take Viator all the time and these people at this stingray Gibbs Bay refused to give me my money back when the Carnival Glory could not make it in to Grand Turk March 4th I have never have this kind of experience before it was $195 and they are refusing to give me my money back that is absolutely horrible business shame on you I will never take Viator again unless something is done about this just remember everybody if you don't make it in to Grand Turk these people at Gibbs Bay will not refund your $195 pitiful!!!!!!!!!!!

10/10 recommend this experience. The whole team was accommodating and super friendly. The place was very easy to find via walking through sand way. I didn’t catch her name but the woman working the check in was warm, told us it was also whale watching season, and a bunch of facts about grand Turk. It was so nice seeing conch shells, holding them, taking pics, etc and learning about them as well. The snorkeling was a little on the tougher side but the water was beautiful and I saw the most wildlife I’ve ever seen snorkeling (and I’ve snorkeled a lot). You have the opportunity to not swim if you don’t want to as my boyfriend stayed on boat, just throwing that out there. We did the grand cayman stingray experience years ago but this stingray experience through this tour is 10x better. It’s way more intimate and you have more time with the rays. The conch ceviche and rum punch were so yummy. The whole experience took 3 hours max, I highly recommend to cruise ship passengers as we also had plenty of time to shop afterwards, eat, etc. Bring lots of sunscreen and extra water!!

The staff was so friendly and personable. The ceviche was so delicious and to have watched our captain dive down for all the conch was incredible! He even found my daughter a couple sand dollars. And when we got to Gibbs cay? We had the whole beach to ourselves so I was able to get photos like my kids were all alone on the island (benefits of only 15 people on board).
Response from Host, Mar 2026

This snorkeling and sting ray adventure was one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and the crew made us feel safe, excited, and completely taken care of. The water was crystal clear, the coral and marine life were stunning, and swimming alongside the stingrays was nothing short of magical. They were graceful, gentle, and awe-inspiring—something we’ll be talking about for years to come. Our guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about the ocean, which made the experience even more special. If you’re even thinking about doing this excursion, stop thinking and book it. This was pure adventure, beauty, and wonder all wrapped into one incredible day!

So much fun. Snorkeling was good. Conch experience was the best with some beautiful rays as well. Highly recommend. Seas were a little rough going to the island but not too bad.

Perspectives like yours support the people who work these waters and allow small, island-run experiences to continue welcoming guests with care. 💚
Marianne_W, Jan 2026
The snorkeling was nice, but the highlight of the trip was the crew. They were fantastic, took care of your every need, and we're very friendly. They fed us rum punch and conch ceviche made fresh right on the boat after a crew member dived for the conch. The stingray experience was terrific as well. It was very weird feeling having a stingray swim between your legs! I will definitely do this again if I'm ever on Grand Turk Island.
Response from Host, Jan 2026
Reflections like this help others understand how much of Grand Turk’s culture is carried through its captains and crew. The way you described the care on board, the fresh conch ceviche prepared from a free dive, the time with stingrays, and the overall feeling of being looked after speaks directly to the knowledge passed down through those who grew up on these waters. Guest perspectives shared this openly support the families who work the sea each day and help preserve the island traditions woven into every excursion. 💚
Eddie_W, Jan 2026
This experience was over-the-top excellent. The boat was comfortable. The snorkeling was amazing. The Captain and his two maids were awesome. They interacted with all of the members of the trip had a good time, offered and gave us some great rum punch. Watching them go and get the conch shells from the bottom of the ocean was a good time and then seeing them make the fresh conch ceviche, and the flavor of it was absolutely amazing. The stingrays on the beach were very sociable. There was a lot of information given about stingrays kind of like a nice little class given on them. I would hardly recommend this excursion to anybody that wants to just have a great day snorkeling eating fresh con Savier, getting to pet stingrays and just a good relaxing fun day in grand Turks.
Response from Host, Jan 2026

It’s a great excursion at Grand Turks port. We were stopped at one reef area for snorkeling, then headed to the Gibbs Cay for sting ray touching. On our way back we had a taste of conch ceviche.
The sea water was warm enough for comfortable snorkeling but fishes might not as many as some other snorkel spots at other Caribbean islands. At Gibbs Cay there were surely lots of sting rays so you would never come but see nothing. The captain answered our questions patiently and made sure everyone got a chance to touch the creature. Rum was provided along with conch salad on our way back, but there was no non-alcohol fruit punch for kids.
Response from Host, Dec 2025
What this reflection brings forward is how time on the water in Grand Turk is experienced through simple, authentic moments shared at sea. From snorkeling along the reef to spending time with stingrays at Gibbs Cay and enjoying a fresh conch ceviche tasting on the ride back, these are the elements our local teams focus on delivering each day. We also appreciate notes about refreshments, as guest voices are especially important on a small, remote island where family-run businesses rely on clarity and transparency. Our tours include water, a conch ceviche tasting, and a signature rum punch tasting; if any booking platform lists additional non-alcoholic beverages, that feedback helps us correct it so future guests have accurate information. Reviews like this help support the captains, crews, and families who make these shared ocean experiences possible in Grand Turk. 💙

Highly recommend Exclusive Escapes' Gibbs Cay / Conch Dive excursion. Everyone who works for this group is incredibly friendly and helpful. The weather forecast for our original date wasn't good but Exclusive reached out before we arrived to reschedule. They were very communicative and responded quickly to all messages. Once we got there we started our excursion with a stop on the water to snorkel among the beautiful fish. Then we headed over to Gibbs Cay but stopped along the way to dive for conch. At Gibbs Cay we spent lots of time with the stingray who gathered as the boat staff cleaned and prepped the conch. The conch ceviche they served was so good. One of the best things we ate on the island. All told, we were on the water or at Gibbs Cay for about 4 hours. What a great day!
Response from Host, Dec 2025
Some days on the water stay with guests long after they leave Grand Turk, and reflections like this help show why. I am so glad I didn't cancel this excursion. I didn't think it was going to be as eventful as it actually was. The snorkeling was great! Saw lots of schools of fish. The ceviche was so good and the sting rays were so gentle and not afraid to interact with our group. I'm a shell collector and found some to add to my collection. The island we stopped at was nice and clean and the water was pristine! Jay Jay and Kelli were great tour guides and made the tour fun!
Response from Host, Dec 2025
Reading a reflection like this reminds us why guest voices matter so much here. On a seven-mile island, the way an experience is remembered and shared helps others decide how they spend their day and who they choose to explore with. Notes about the reef full of fish, gentle stingrays, fresh ceviche, and simple island moments—like finding shells in clean, clear water—help paint an honest picture of what a day with our team can feel like. We’re grateful when guests take the time to share their story, because those words help keep small, locally run experiences visible and thriving. ❤️

Everything lived up to the description plus some! Snorkeling was great with the captain throwing fish food to attract all the tropical fish around us. Stingrays and Conch was also amazing. Expect to learn a lot about the small island of Grand Turk and the wildlife you interact with. Waters were a little rough when we went so if you get seasick be prepared. Amazing service and would def do again.

Our party of 4 missed the booking on our ship so I asked my agent what stingray tour should I do and they highly recommended this one. I booked it and am sooooo glad we did! Capt JJ and Ray were literally the best to take us! We could not have asked for a better time! The knowledge they had of the ocean and the island was incredible! Plus they were THE best hosts! Funny does not even begin to cover their personalities! We enjoyed the boat ride to the snorkel area where my husband wanted to get in (but he is not a great swimmer) JJ and Ray both spotted it immediately and went over to keep him calm. It was awesome to watch. They stopped the boat to pick up trash in the ocean! Love that! They told us that this is their playground and have to keep it clean! Then they free dove 30 feet to get conchs for us! It was amazing! We headed to Gibbs Cay for the stingrays and they made our ride so fun! The stingray stop along with the schooling of the conchs made that stop that much better. JJ picked up “one of his girls” as he stated. Her name was Sara. She was a beautiful stingray that just wanted to hang out in his lap. It was precious! We got to touch her and love on her while she was carefully cared for by JJ. Ray prepared our conch salad and gosh it was amazing. The ride back we danced and drank some punch and had the best time! Truly two of the best guys you’ll ever meet! We are so happy to have been with them for the day!
Sad to see how many people did not tip them in the end though. We did!!!! They deserved every bit! Thank you again JJ and Ray for making our day in Grand Turk the best day! You guys rock!!

Very informative, helpful and friendly crew. Learned a lot about Grand Turk, conch and stingrays. Very hands-on experience with conch and stingrays. Only improvement would be to include more info about boats used by this company. Ours was smaller than we have previously experienced on similar tours on other islands. Boat comfortably holds about 20 (we had 22) and has no toilet facility on board (good to know in advance). Very worthwhile, no frills experience.

Fantastic excursion and people. The walk to the starting location was easy and quick through soft sand. We had the opportunity to try out free diving (if we wanted to) for conch. They brought up 4 of them for our fresh ceviche, prepared on the beach. Before playing with the stingrays we had a full lesson on conch age and anatomy. The stingrays were so friendly and beautiful. Our guides were very familiar with them so we had plenty of time to pet them and give kisses. The snorkeling spot was beautiful and we had plenty of time! We had a small group and nothing felt rushed. I would highly recommend this group and experience for your next excursion in Grand Turk!

It was really good. The snorkeling was great. Even saw some dolphins while going out to snorkel. Lots of little exotic fish to look at. Went to an island to play with stingrays. Neat animals. Saw a big turtle while there. Ate a little tiny bit of conk ceviche and a little rum punch. Watched how to get the conk out of the shell. They even gave us a shell once they were done with them but unfortunately the cruise liner confiscated it upon boarding. They said we weren’t allowed to have one that wasn’t properly sanitized?? Whatever that means. That was a bummer. Overall I’d give it a 4.5. I’d recommend doing it.

We found this a very enjoyable event. Mainly because of the size of the group. We only had 15 people with us vs some of the other tour boats had the larger catamans which had over 60 people on them. The tour was more personalized with this smaller group making it great
