Superb experience!
This was a wonderful and quick way to see the pyramids and the sphinx if you are short on time. Our guide was prompt and extremely knowledgable.

High Dam and Aswan Temple visit
Mohammed is an excellent guide and explained The Aswan Dam and The Philae Temple History very well. He is a go to person when you are at Aswan

Nice tour
The driver was very nice, he seemed to be in a rush at the beginning, but then everything went well. He wanted to bring me to some shops at the end, and I could have avoided it

A Tour That Elevates Wonder
I have seen pictures, read books and watched documentaries, but nothing prepares you for the sheer, raw scale of the pyramids! My guide Khaled turned a this visit of a massive stone field into a vibrant, living history lesson. he did not just rattle off dates and names, he wove a magnificent and compelling narrative about the pharaohs, the engineers including the daily lives of the thousands of workers who built these monumental structures. He was really fun to hang out with and he is very well known. He also knows the exact angles to take cool videos and photos which is a plus for a solo traveller, so book him, you will not regret it. Plus, you definitely NEED a guide in giza and this tour is it. Ohh not forgetting my driver John. What an incredible human, he kept a super clean car. A big Kudos to the team. I 100% recommend them!

Great Pyramid of Giza (Khufu Pyramid)
  • Steep steps and low tunnels mean you’ll need to be somewhat physically fit to explore inside the Great Pyramid. The inside of the pyramid is not suitable for anyone who suffers from claustrophobia.

  • Even if you take a guided tour, you’ll need a dedicated ticket to explore the inside of the pyramid.

  • If you want to get all three of Giza’s pyramids into one photo, you’ll need to walk into the desert; guides can help you find the best viewpoints.

  • Vendors at Giza can be aggressive, and prices are better in downtown Cairo.

  • Wear a hat and sunscreen, no matter what time of year you visit, and carry plenty of water; there is relatively little shade in the area.

  • As in any part of Cairo, women will feel much more comfortable dressed conservatively and may want to cover their upper arms, legs, and cleavage.

  • You can get a good view of the exterior of the pyramids (and the Sphinx) from a wheelchair, but you’ll need a driver to get around the site.
