We'll visit a courtyard where ancient artifacts were found, usually inaccessible to most. We'll visit an Old City quarter and see an ancient oven for baking traditional Georgian bread. We'll watch the dough being prepared and baked in the tandoor, and then taste the hot, crispy bread. We'll enjoy a wine tasting of local wines made from the best Georgian grapes, appreciating the rich flavors and learning about the art of winemaking in Georgia.
