Amazing and worth it!

Amazing trip!!!! Josué was our guide and did a great hob holding the group together, even when one of the other participants was feeling sick and had to stop several times. The tour started perfectly on time as arranged on the phone the night before. The hike to the crater is easy and really doable for any average fit person in this tour, with strategic stops for pictures that allow the more tired people to breathe some extra air. It's absolutely worth it. After the walk the group is taken to a restaurant in front of Lake Coatepeque, where you can also try some jetski or just relax.

I 100% recommend the company for tours in El Salvador; we hired their airport-hotel transfer services and vice versa, and they were very punctual, and the car was super spacious and modern. Then we did the Suchitoto, Ruta de las Flores, and Panchimalco tours; for the 3 days, they arrived punctually for us at the hotel where we were staying, the explanations were very good, the attention they provided us was kind, attentive, and respectful, our guide was Jairo and the driver was Iván; I 100% recommend that you ask for them to be the ones who accompany you, because the truth is they made us feel safe at all times, they were very helpful and gave us recommendations when we asked them. Honestly, keep it up so that tourism continues to grow and be a source of income. Honestly, we really liked the company's service in its entirety.

Francisco is the BEST GUIDE

It is a very long day of driving but if you have a professional driver, like Francisco, you will see the drive as part of the adventure. The other important thing is to really be interested in Mayan ruins. Copan is awe inspiring & the amazing guide we had there, Gladys, filled our senses with the intense history of the site, deep explanation of the intricate carvings, Mayan culture and archaeological history - woven in and amongst stories that link the past and the present. Francisco, our expert driver, was so polite, kind and knew how to handle the multiple border crossings with ease. We felt so safe with him & that was of paramount importance. It's an all-day adventure unlike anything we've done, plus we were driven through the bottom third of Guatemala & to take in the differences between El Salvador and Guatemala was so fascinating. Highly recommend if you are into Mayan culture and ruins. Copan is truly one of a kind.

Excellent Excursion With A Great Company

I was the trip organizer, and they did an amazing job accommodating our group. They even brought in additional ATVs so everyone could have their own — 14 ATVs total! Communication was great throughout the entire process, and the tour itself was awesome. The scenery was beautiful, and the experience felt authentic rather than overly touristy. The food at our restaurant stop was also so good! Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend them, especially for larger groups.

We had an incredible time on the Classic Ruta de las Flores tour with Diego. He was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, sharing so much about El Salvador’s history, culture, coffee, and the beautiful towns we visited. I unfortunately became sick during the tour, and Diego was so understanding and made sure I was comfortable. His kindness and patience meant so much and allowed the rest of our family to continue enjoying the experience. To top it off, my daughter-in-law accidentally left her glasses at one of our stops. Without hesitation, Diego turned the vehicle around so we could go back and get them. That level of care and customer service is rare and truly appreciated. From the charming towns and coffee plantation to the relaxing hot springs, every stop was wonderful. Diego truly went above and beyond, and his warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made the experience even more memorable. He was a wonderful ambassador for El Salvador and reflected the kindness and generosity we experienced from the people throughout our visit. If you’re visiting El Salvador, don’t miss this tour. Challenging but fun

Gaby was our tour guide. At the waterfall Freddy Joined us as a guide as well. They were both great. Gaby was very nice. It was a VERY challenging tour though!! The way down and up from the waterfall are so hard. I don’t know if the volcano or this one was hard. There’s no breeze and you sweat like if you were in a Sauna. The good thing is that the water is cold. Tunco was fun and had a couple of streets to walk. I actually liked their souvenirs way than the stores and markets I went to. I would suggest buying them there. The tour was fun but I would never do it again as it’s physically very challenging.

Honestly I loved this activity being in El Salvador was extremely hard for me and my sister as it is a Spanish speaking country and we knew that before going but it was my birthday I’m Caribbean and want to see the world outside of just Caribbean countries. Francisco made it so we learnt about the history and seen some places that were far from the hotel at which we stayed at he took pictures and videos that were sent to us right away. All in all I would definitely recommend you to do this activity with Mr Francisco he speaks good enough English for us to have a conversation and he also speaks Spanish as well. He’s such a gentleman and has perfect manners I wish him all the best in life and hopefully he gained some clientele when I post my video on TikTok. 5 star service The day was perfectly organized. Chamba helped us a lot and there was also a second guide for hiking. The private service is excellent because it allowed us to go at our own pace. And of course the volcano and the lake are wonders of nature. Salva it also was great for the whole booking process. They provided service at the Decameron Hotel.
