Sunset tasting

This local vineyard experience was recommended by friends and it didn’t disappoint. The couple welcomed us to their home vineyard and we tried 3 different wines with breads. The scenery is stunning, we watched the sunset and everyone was very friendly. We were lucky enough to be apart of an engagement which included a homemade celebration cake! Not far from Dubrovnik centre and pick up is included in the price. We would love to visit again, they were honestly so welcoming and an authentic experience. Thank you to our lovely hosts.

What a great trip. So much fun to kayak around the fort city. Blaise was a great guide that was informative and patient. He did the best description of how to paddle. Easy to check in and they provided a waterproof bag and water. Recommend water shoes and a hat.

Wine Day!

This was the most wonderful day! Our driver Branco was the absolute best. He was so kind, gave us lots of great info on the drive and even made a quick extra stop for some fresh oysters. The wineries were unique and the owners/workers were all so kind. The wines were so unique and delicious. Would absolutely recommend this trip for wine lovers - don’t pass this one up!

Our locally born tour guide gave us an inside look at life in Dubrovnik. The tour group is small, never more than 12 people. Definitely a fun introduction to Dubrovnik after walking the city walls!

If doing this tour, be sure to buy ticket to the entrance of the wall. It is not included in the tour. You can buy online or at the meeting point. There is 1087 steps to climb up and down therefore not recommend to person with difficulty walking/climbing. But the view was fantastic. We also did the historical tour but unfortunately in the pouring rain/thunderstorm. Got wet but it cool us down from 27 celsius. Our guide Davor was very knowledgeable and quite entertaining about the past war and the 1990-1995 war. Thanks Davor.

We went around the walls at a good pace with useful information provided along the way to paint a picture of Dubrovnik in the distant past and recent past. This tour was amazing. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Inside the walls of Dubrovnik was so unbelievable. Having a guided tour of the city was great !! The cable car ride was wonderful and gave you an opportunity to see everything from such a view. The city and its history were undoubtedly indescribable and getting to walk the walls was was a must do. ( start the walls at the front west corner and get the hard work done at the beginning, bring water on the walls walk or you’ll be sorry. ) Is a must do tour !!

We had an excellent experience with our Dubrovnik tour guide, Kim. What really set her apart was that she was born and raised in Dubrovnik, which brought so much depth to the tour. She was able to share firsthand knowledge of the city’s history while also giving thoughtful insight into what life is like there today, including the current cultural and social climate. Beyond the history, she was incredibly helpful in offering practical advice for tourists—what to do, what to avoid, and how to make the most of our time in the city without falling into common tourist traps. Her guidance felt honest, current, and very well-informed. Her restaurant recommendations were also outstanding and ended up being some of our favorite meals of the entire trip. We especially loved the pizza at Tabasco Pizzeria, the gelato from Peppino’s Gelato, and the cheese baruk at Holy Baruk. She was a true professional—warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about her city. We would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.
