Awesome tour!
Excellent tour. Our tour guide, Matt, was very informative, entertaining and prepared us very well for the experience. Really enjoyed seeing and experiencing ancient Ireland as well as learning about the tall crosses and the Great Hunger burial at Monastrboice something new to me. Just a comment: if you have some physical challenges be aware that there is a somewhat steep incline to Newgrange. Overall, a wonderful experience with a great guide. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect mix...
This was the perfect mix of time on the bus and time outdoors. I really enjoyed the waterfall, walking around the lakes, and seeing the sheepdog demonstration. Paddy, the shepherd, was very informative about his process of training his dogs and I enjoyed hearing about his passion for training the dogs and being a sheep farmer. Our bus driver was also wonderful and I enjoyed all the information he supplied us with along the drive and at the Monastery.

Great way to make the most out of a short trip!
This trip was great!!! We had only two full days in Ireland and wanted to make the most of it so we decided to book a guided trip. Brian with Paddywagon was our guide. As luck would have it, there was a protest happening in Dublin so the city was blocked. Regardless, Brian was able to get a spot just outside the center. So we had a bit of a walk to start but it was fine. The bus was very clean and comfy. Brian did an amazing job keeping us informed during the motorway delays and somehow kept the trip running on time regardless. Now the actual tour…incredible. He gave such descriptive account of Irelands history throughout the drive. It is clear he loves his job. I learned so much in one day! All the stops allowed plenty of time without feeling too long. The castle was amazing. Giants causeway…breathtaking. I do wish admission to the indoor feature was included but even still it was great. Lunch in the small town nearby was tasty and very well organized and planned. The dark hedges were a fun short addition for this Game of Thrones fan. 🐉 🐺 The ride back was smooth and relaxing. Brian also went out of his way to ensure two passengers could make it to their flight with the crazy delays due to the protest. 100000% recommend a trip with Paddywagon. Educational, fun, and lots of memories to last a lifetime!

Tea Bus Adventure
Our first 'tour' in Dublin and perfect for Easter Sunday Lunch. The semi-guided tour gave us ideas for additional places to visit. The sandwiches were good, the scones were delish, as were the desserts! I would've liked my tea a little hotter. We loved the takeaway souvenir cups! Sheelagh, Ciaofine (I've butchered the spelling!) Zibi, and Rob were all great!

We went to the house...
We went to the house party on our first night in Ireland and it didn’t disappoint. We were tired from our overnight flights but the band was cheery, warm, funny and incredibly talented. Lovely set list and cadence between songs and dancing styles. It was also fun and interesting to learn about some of the instruments and the stories behind songs too. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Views!
Awesome tour to Howth Coast! It’s so beautiful! Lee was a great guide giving us lots of history along the way and had a great playlist as well. It’s a short ride to Howth and so worth it. Definitely hike to the summit to see the gorgeous cliff views. Don’t miss out on seeing the beautiful Irish coast.

Excellent experience!!
The Hills of Tara are just amazing! The tour guide, whose name i cant remember, was amazing. He walked with us and was very knowledgeable. He gave the group Irish mythology stories ad explained all about the Cairns and mounds.
The views are extremely gorgeous in each and every stop. From the hills to the Abby we just could not grasp how gorgeous, luscious, and green everything is.
There is some intense uphill walking that my wife was bot able to complete, so keep that in mind when booking. She has a bad knee and it is a steep hill.

We Recommend, Even in Rain
We took a relaxing ride to Glendalough. Our driver, Michael, was great. He told us about some of the history along the way without talking too much. We left for two hour to explore on our own, which we loved. It rained but we walked around the monastic ruins and the cemetery. The we took a walk up to the lakes. Because it began to rain sideways, we didn’t go as far as the waterfall (though there are small ones along the way). Instead, we headed back to enjoy some hot chocolate and pastries (gluten-free options, too!). We’ll do this again on the next trip, and hope the weather will be better. All-in-all, we’d recommend this trip even in light rain.

Had such an amazing time...
Had such an amazing time on this tour. We left promptly (don't be late!) and had a really lovely morning at Glendalough. Luke was our guide, really funny & charming. Was quick to offer recommendations of things to see & do no matter where you were headed. He provided back story on the places we visited and fun facts such as filming locations of iconic shows. Also loved that he repeated questions he got asked by others after each stop.
Anyway back to trip, we lucked out with it being a beautiful sunny morning at Glendalough. It's so peaceful. Definitely take time to sit and absorb your surroundings.
At the top of Wicklow, a lovely older man named Jim was there who shared a little bit about working on the power station there. Luke also volunteered to take photos (thanks!) and let everyone have their time.
The sheepdog demonstration was so much fun. And vying with Glendalough for my favourite part of the experience. Seeing how the dogs work and how much control the Sheppard has over them was so cool to see. The gent also shared some of the difficulties of Irish farming which I also appreciated and deserves to be acknowledged. I did get to hold a bottle feed a baby lamb so.. best day ever??
Next was Kilkenny, it was a little rainy by then but a cute small town to explore. Didn't do much here since I popped into a restaurant to eat - Aroi - food was really delicious.
Eli was our driver and he was great as well. I was able to completely knock out on the way back with no interruptions 😅 that's smooth driving.

Day of Irish pride and beauty
Quiggs and Mustafa gave us the best day today! From the smiles of the first boarding, jokes along the way and the beauty of the country -this was an amazing day. The pride and extraordinary amount of spirited information from Quiggs, our tour guide, made this otherwise long day, a fun and full filling time. He was so informative and engaging. I admire so much the pride he has for his country and he brought that out at every stop along the way. Thanks Chat GPT for recommending this tour company and thanks Quiggs for giving us an unforgettable day.

A great introduction to Ireland.....and especially near Dublin.
This was a great excursion! A very good pick for the two of us....ages 81 and 85. Just the right amount of walking. Linda was a great guide and gave us a lot of information to help us understand this part of Ireland. This is our first trip to Ireland, and our first excursion here.

Excellent Guide and Experi
Excellent time with Dave. The experience was terrific. Dave was very accommodating with timing issues and we made the best of the time we had after meeting him. Viator trip was 5 star.
FYI to ship passengers: Princess had a procedure that prevented people with outside tours from tendering to shore until after 9:30 (tendering started at about 7:30 am) and we left the ship at 10:30 for a 30 minute tender. Therefore we missed almost half of our full day experience. Better communication would allow people to make alternate trip arrangements.
