Fun activity if you like trail riding!
This was a great way to end our 10-day trip to Peru. Pick up was easy and on time from our hotel near the Cusco city center. The drive to the ranch was short and pretty. Our hosts were gracious, the horses were well training trail horses, the scenery was beautiful. All in all, this was a worthwhile event and investment.

10 out of 10
The tour started at Qorikancha. A good introduction to what comes next in the tour. Our guide Yesy was knowledgeable and I learned new things about the Incas especially their techniques in engineering. Our driver Christian was very nice and drove us safely to and from out destination. I highly recommend this tour especially if you are looking for a tour with smaller groups.

The ride on the way to...
The ride on the way to the train station was very rough so if you get car sick be aware. That said, the rest of the day made up for it!
The train ride was roughly 3 hours and was relatively smooth. Attendants were nice and you could buy snacks and drinks.
Our guide at the park, Albert, was so kind and knowledgeable. He often stopped for breaks so that we could catch our breath (the altitude is no joke!) He took awesome pictures for us as well.
Sunscreen and bug spray are definitely recommend.

Best way to visit Rainbow Mountain
We were picked up at hotel right on time, with driver and guide meeting us. The guide, John was very prepared for us, brought snacks, water and made sure we were comfortable throughout our car trip out to Rainbow Mountain. He went over important things to remember while heading up towards higher elevation, and stopped frequently (whenever we needed to) to breathe so we could make it to the top. Along the way he pointed out things, and took several pictures for us at the best spots. After coming back down from mountain, we went to a buffet lunch, which was a wide variety of food.
This was a great way to see Rainbow Mountain- would highly recommend doing it this way for sure, as he knew what time to head up there to avoid crowds- which was so nice- and hopefully you’ll get John for your guide! Excellent!!!

Great cooking class
Come very hungry, so much amazing food to eat. Our group loved everything about the class, the market, the drinks we made, appetizers, main course to the dessert. We would love to get the recipes for everything, please message me so I can give you my information.

Great Customer Service
So I actually was super sick and could not go so my husband went without me. Not only did he come back having had a great time but the tour guide sent him back with chicken noodle soup for me and muna tea because I missed the tour. It was very kind and thoughtful! My husband stated it was great and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cusco!

Highly recommend this experience!
review
Wow! Our kids absolutely loved this experience, ranking it their second favorite activity of our Peru trip — only thing they enjoyed more was seeing capybaras in the jungle. The market tour was super interesting and we absolutely loved tasting all of the Peruvian fruits and local cheeses. The class itself was much more in depth than I expected. We prepared the whole meal from chopping vegetables to flambéing the lomo saltado on the stove. It turned out to be a really good meal, and the maracuya pisco sours we made (mocktails for the kids) were the best pisco sours we had in Peru. The instructor had a good sense of humor and did a great job leading the class in both English and Spanish. He also did a really good job with our kids, who were the only students under 18 in the class. We can’t wait to have our friends over for dinner to make all of the dishes we learned to cook in this class. A fun and interactive way to learn about Cusco and Peruvian culture. It was also very nice that everyone prepared their own portions, so the meal was completely customizable for each student. My daughter was able to make a vegetarian ceviche while the rest of the family made a meat dish.

Excellent Private Guide in Cusco
We had a terrific experience with our private Cusco sightseeing guide Henre. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating to our interests throughout the tour.
His English was excellent, and he did a great job explaining the history and culture of Cusco in an engaging way. He also offered to take plenty of photos of us and suggested some excellent locations for pictures along the way.
It was clear that he knows Cusco very well and is experienced at what he does. The tour felt personal and well tailored to us, and we would definitely recommend him to others looking for a knowledgeable and personable private guide in Cusco.

Breathtaking Views!
Rainbow mountain was an unforgettable experience! We did not do the whole hike, we took horse up part of the way. This was also an incredible experience. The views up top are breathtakingly beautiful! Many llama picture opportunities when you reach the top as well. Would highly recommend this tour.

Go see this lake. It's beautiful!
This hike was a challenge for me, because I'm a little out of shape, but it was so worth it. Lake Humantay is absolutely beautiful and Leonardo and our driver were skilled in their efforts to deliver us safely to all of the destinations on the tour. The vegetarian breakfast and lunch were delightful. Upon reaching the lake, the shades of brown and teal were a stunning delight against a snow-capped mountain.

Amazing
such an amazing experience!! Highly, HIGHLY recommend this one. We were picked up directly from our hotel and transported about 1.5 hours into the mountains where the workshop is. We began the workshop by learning about dying the yarn. We even got to go into the forest and collect the plants to dye the yarn. We learned about all the different materials we could use, and then dyed our own yarn. We learned how to spin yarn as well. We ate a delicious lunch and then began weaving! Each traveler in our group got a private teacher. Most of them only spoke Quechua, a native Peruvian/Incan language. Despite the language barrier, they were so patient and kind. The weaving was hard!
This was such an amazing cultural experience that I would highly recommend to anyone. We learned so much and even my husband, who isn’t particularly crafty, really enjoyed it. Well worth the price.

Must 1/2 day ATV trip to Moray and Maras in Sacred Valley
Great trip- 1/2 day 4wheel tour through Sacred Valley to Moray archaeological site and back. Moray is a definite visit. Then after back at ATV base, a short van ride to Maras Salt Mines- also spectacular. We then had a brief stop at a local seller of Maras salt and chocolate with free tasting. We loved it. Traveling with family of 4 (58,57,24,22) with extensive adventure travel experience.
Guides were thorough and kind, with a 10min to practice to make all feel comfortable. Highly recommend this trip and group.
Bring layers, spf, sunglasses (and biking gloves would be nice).
