From before we even arrived, I knew we were in great hands. Stephanie was an excellent communicator and immediately put me at ease. Due to weather our flight was cancelled, rescheduled and changed at least 4 times. I reached out and Stephanie immediately assured me me that she had our arrival ready to change whenever arrived. That took so much stress off of us. Arrival day was chaotic, as international arrivals often are, but we knew exactly what to expect. Our driver would be waiting with a sign with my name, and Stephanie even checked in to make sure we connected without any issues. Fernando, our driver, was outstanding. He speaks English very well and has a warm, natural conversational style that made the ride easy and enjoyable. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the region and answered all of our questions about agriculture, local industries, and how the economy works. The conversation was genuinely educational and helped us understand Costa Rica beyond just the tourist view. I speak very rudimentary Spanish, and Fernando went out of his way to help me with pronunciation and basic words. He also pointed out practical things along the drive, like supermarkets, quick marts, and local equivalents to stores like Walmart and Home Depot, which was incredibly helpful for first time visitors. What impressed me most was how engaged and intuitive he was. Knowing this was our first visit, he quickly picked up on what we were curious about and tailored the conversation around that. The drive was about an hour and a half, but it went by quickly because the experience was so engaging. This was more than just transportation. It felt like a welcoming introduction to the country, and it set the tone for our entire trip. I would absolutely recommend this service and especially Fernando to anyone visiting Costa Rica for the first time. We booked them for roundtrip and they are worth every penny (or colón). Excellent experience. I met the shuttle just past where the taxis are located. The bus was clean and air conditioned. The driver was very nice and extremely helpful. He took each person to their individual drop off point which I found very helpful. They also stopped midway for a bathroom break and a shopping opportunity. Great trip, great price, great service. I highly recommend.

Easy shuttle service from San Jose to La Fortuna with door to door drop off! Just can take a little while to pick everyone up and drop off depending on your destinations. One short pit stop about 40 mins prior to the end. Comfortable ride! Driver was chill.

We arrived with our 4 year old after a very long day of travel. Jacob, our driver was friendly, helpful and engaging with her! The vehicle was clean, he installed a car seat for her and gave us plenty of recommendations and local insight! Highly recommend Jacob and this transfer service! So much so, we’ll be using them again during our trip!

Gio was an excellent driver! He picked us up from the San José airport and brought us to our Airbnb, even stopping at a gas station along the way so we could grab food and use the restroom. He answered all our questions about the area, offered helpful advice, and played great music. A perfect start to our vacation!

A little confusion at the airport but it was more me than the driver. Once we connected the drive was safe and the driver was friendly and professional. I have taken cabs from the airport and the experience can be hit or miss. This will be my go to transfer service in the future.

Alfredo picked us up from the airport and took such great care of us. Along the way, he accommodated us so well, even stopping halfway for food and some goodies. He shared great suggestions on things to do in the area and even pulled over so we could see a sloth—a rare and unforgettable sight! Alfredo also educated us about a nearby local festival, which made the trip even more special. We truly appreciated his kindness, knowledge, and hospitality.

Eddie was amazing, he was at baggage claim before we even left the plane. He waited with us all as we waited for our luggage and then helped us out to the van. He loaded everything up and off we went. He was a great driver. Would recommend him and use this service again
