What are people saying about Cape Town

Good brief overview
Dylan was a great guide and you could tell his passion. It was a pleasant surprise that this group tour ended up being a private one which made it even more memorable. This tour gives a good brief overview of the history of Cape Town and sets a good grounding to further explore later by yourself. I would recommend this experience at the start of one’s time here in Cape Town.

Stunning views from the...
Stunning views from the top make this hike worth every step! Our guide Kurt was incredible making sure the whole group felt comfortable at every stage of the hike. He was also very informative and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this hike to anyone. My husband has a fear of heights but was still able to complete the steep parts at the top with the incredible guidance from Kurt.

Scary but fun
Neither my sister or I had zip lined before. We were very nervous. My sister was braver than me and zip lined on her own. I wasn’t sure I could do it. Pam and Mesuli were amazing, they looked after me and Pam zip lined with me every time except 2. (there are 7 lines in total) I did those 2 on my own!! Pam was great, I love Pam!
Very well organised. Bring sunscreen and wear proper shoes as you have to walk up the rocks a bit and then standing in the sun is very hot. They give you a bottle of water which is very welcome. Would recommend. Oh and next door is a winery!! If you need a wee dram after zip lining!!

You only live once, don’t let fear stop you
Honestly one of the best experiences of my life. I was a bit nervous as I have a fear of heights, scared of rollercoasters but this was one of the smoothest rides ever.
We opted for the photos and videos which is a MUST.
Our pilots were great and definitely made the experience all the better.
Will not wait another 41 years to do this again.

Great Tour and Not Just Because of the Food
We were very fortunate to have Justin as our host on this 4 hour history and food tour. This tour is great for a first time visitor to Cape Town and, honestly, a great tour for locals. Justin is not only passionate about food, but has an excellent way of weaving Cape Town history into the various bars and restaurants we visited. Justin is smart, friendly, engaging, and familiar with “Bush Culture” which is interesting on its own. Surprisingly, he is familiar with multiple indigenous languages, speaking names and places with authentic, nuanced “click” pronunciation.
Our tour began in the Bo Kaap neighborhood where we tasted local beer and some African must-try foods. We learned about how they came here and have morphed over time. The multiple locations each had history and great food.
This was a fantastic tour to taste and learn about Cape Town food and history. It was a good value and I highly recommend it.

An experience you wouldn’t want to miss!
If you are ever in Cape Town, you have to do this! It was truly an experience. The food was absolutely delicious. I truly have no complaints about any of the dishes served because each of them were delicious and their unique way. My drink was also amazing! The interactive drumming was fun, and the face painting was absolutely stunning! The staff in general, just really made sure that you felt comfortable and had a good time!

Amazing to get to the top. If only cable car down had been operating
My plan was to hike up and cable car down. Set it as a 2026 challenge so wasn’t expecting it to be easy. Weather was bad going up and was told about 20mins in to the hike that cable car wasn’t operating due to weather. I didn’t come all the way to Cape Town to not get to the top so I continued. Stuck to my own pace and told the group to go on - Idrees met me on his way back down and then helped me up the rest of the way. It took me 3hrs. Got a short break in the clouds at the top for a view, which was great. Had to hike back down and fatigued legs made it very hard - took 4 and a half hours to get to the bottom and had very wobbly legs most of the way. Idrees was so patient and committed, helping me with every challenging step. Fortunately the weather on the way back down was better.
Feel very proud to have got to the top despite weather but the hike down, left me in a bit of a state - still physically recovering a few days later!
The tour was great, would definitely recommend Idrees. Just seriously consider your ability to hike back down again if cable car not operating. Other than that, it was a brilliant experience and achievement. Take lots of water, shoes with a grip and layers of clothing as weather can change.

Great experience ! Said 2 hours so I was expecting 2 hrs of the atv’s but it was one hr of the atv’s and one hr for the boarding. We didn’t do the boarding but the one hr of the atv’s was more than enough ! Emanuel was our guide and he was amazing, captured the best videos and pictures .

Marine 5 from Cape Town
The day was well organised from pick up at the hotel to the time on the boat. Staff were welcoming and informative and we were fortunate to see all of the marine life mentioned in the programme including whales which are not normally seen in early December. Beautiful scenery en route and a fantastic time out on the water. Excellent trip.

Highly recommend this wine tour
We had 2 vans, each comfortably seating 8 people. The 45 minute drive was comfortable and went through beautiful farm country. The 2 wineries were unique and offered good wines. We enjoyed 3 white andc3 red wines with paired cheeses at Fairview Winery and 4 wines at the Marianne Winery. We had pre-ordered food. Our lamb chops were a plate big enough to share. The charcuterie board could have fed 6 people. Afterwards, we spent a pleasant visit in the college town of Stellenbosch and had ample time to shop or visit one of the many pubs and cafes.

Proof Humans Can Fly When Wallets Are Light Enough
Amazing views of Cape Town from above!
If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be a very nervous seagull, this is the tour for you. The whole ride was about 15–20 minutes — basically the length of one good panic attack — but wow was it gorgeous up there.
I would 100% do it again because bucket lists don’t cross themselves off. There are longer flights available, so if you want more time pretending you’re in a Mission Impossible movie (minus Tom Cruise and the stunts), definitely go for one of those.
10/10 views. 7/10 duration. Would recommend — especially if gravity has ever personally offended you. 😄✈️🌍

This was a pleasant trip...
This was a pleasant trip with excellent history provided by our guide Ray, who offered insights about the culture and colonization influences of Dutch. British and recent South African hegemony. The wineries were beautiful, and countryside phenomenal with background mountains . Wine poured was generally well described , and time for questioned available. Our guide Ray was a true gentleman who cared for each member of the group. I highly recommend this tour!!
