If I could give 10 stars I would!
This review is actually for the Chichen Itza, cenote and Coba tour as we received a free upgrade after the original tour on 5 June was cancelled.
Jesus is an amazing guide, not only did he do all of the driving, he gave us all the benefit of his historical knowledge. He got us to all three activities and back to Playa del Carmen in good time.
Thank you for the upgrade, we didn't expect to get to see Coba, and to see it alongside one of the Great Wonders of the world was a real treat.

Amazing cenotes and ruins.
The ruins were fabulous and we were able to climb to very top at Baklam. Very little shade from the heat so best to wear a hat or bring umbrella. The cenotes were all amazing and very nice to swim in. The tour guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely take this all day tour if you are interested in seeing both ruins and cenotes. We had a fabulous time!

We love Viator
We had booked two daily trips as we visit Cancun. The description for all trips are very clear and easy to understand. It is also very easy to make some minor changes with Viator. We are very satisfied with local companies and their services.

Full day adventure of fun.
Well planned out. They used our time wisely. Enjoyed all of the tours. We chose to walk away from the tour on one stop since we have already been there. However our guides were awesome. Highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic Tour A Must Do
Fantastic day with experienced and knowledgeable tour guides. A second hour of free time at the ruins to explore and shop would have made it a perfect day.

Mayan tour with Ceynote
Very educational, entertaining and gorgeous beginning with chichen itza then beautiful ceynote and the Cobá ruins all in one day. It was long but well worth it!

Awesome trip
Simon is extremely knowledgeable about the Maya civilization. We had a good time at Chichen Itza and the cenote. There were only 7 people in the group so the experience was very personal. If you live is Isla Mujeres / Costa Mujeres, the trip may start early (7am) as the tour may pick up people living in Hotel Zone or Playa del Carmen.

A must see!
We had a wonderful time on this excursion to Chichen Itza—it was absolutely worth the drive from our Cancun resort to experience such an incredible place. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and provided thoughtful context about the area, culture, and community, which really enhanced the experience. It was also a very relaxed and seamless way to visit Chichen Itza without the stress of figuring out tickets or navigating lines.
Afterward, we visited Cenote Ik Kil. It was a bit crowded and the buffet was just okay, but the cenote itself is an unforgettable experience and well worth it—being in such a sacred place felt like a true honor. Our final stop was Valladolid for about 45 minutes, which didn’t feel like quite enough time, and my husband and I agreed we would have preferred to skip this stop.
Overall, this was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

One of the best excursions I've been on
10/10 experience, our travel guide Eloy was absolutely amazing. He give all the info on each site we visited in 3 languages, was thorough and informative, he and our driver went above and beyond for us as we had plans and made sure we got back in time. the sites were all so beautiful, food we ate at lunch was very delicious, the ruins were breath taking, and the cenotes were absolutely gorgeous. When we got to the site and cenotes, our guide did a good job explaining everything and where to meet, when we got some free time to do some exploring on our own.
The office staff contacted me via what's app to confirm pick up date and time and location at my hotel, and texted me as well when driver was on the way, even when there was a delay they kept me informed. i would recommend this excursion 100% I would book this excursion again if i get an opportunity to come back to Mexico.

Fun and rewarding excursion
This was the best excursion experience I have had. Our guide Tonantzin was spectacular by being professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable about the pyramids and ruins we visited. Transportation was on time, we had snacks and water available, and the excursion were so dynamic. Tonantzin had an answer for every question and truly dove into the details of the history in the area. The entire day was filled with learning, fun, and rewarding exhaustion. We were tired by the last stop but we saw something we had never seen before which made it very exciting and we were able to navigate Coba with taxi carts. The Cenote stop was beautiful and the buffet lunch was delicious. This trip was so rewarding for me and my family-we are so happy it went smoothly, and we got so much out of it as a shared experience.

Jesus was an amazing tour guide! And the cenote is not to be missed. The food at lunch was very fresh and plentiful options.
