Despite some odd communication initially from the company the trip was amazing and unforgettable! Our guide, Olegario, was top notch! He was super accommodating and made the trip fun and informative. We had great conversations all day and we felt comfortable and worry-free. He also helped us locate a tour guide at Chichen Itza who was also fantastic. We appreciated his local connections. It made for a truly memorable experience!

This was a great way to get do Chichen Itza and 3 cenotes in the one day when we were short on time. Our driver was very friendly, had good English and great taste in cenotes. Uayma Ha was particularly special.

Very complete tour

We had a really great time with Mika our driver. He was very flexible, helpful and nice. Thanks to him we learned a lot about the Mayan’s culture (language, history,…). The tour was very complete, be at Chichén itza early was perfect. The lunch at the cenote was ok, a nice to have but can maybe be skip by our own sandwich. We also had an extra stop in a cute small city.

Very good price. Professional and helpful driver. It is not fully guided (as the description says) if you can speak a little Spanish and like having fun book with them! we were helped at all entrances and knew what to expect with a mix of pretty good English and my partial Spanish. No complaints!!

We had an excellent experience with our tour guides from XenTour Olegario was knowledgeable about the area, punctual, flexible, communicative and easy going. XenTour was also able to arrange a private guide for Chichen Itza who was also excellent. From pick-up in our Valladolid BnB until the end-- we LOVED everything.
