This was a wonderful way to see sites and learn about the history of Gyeongju. It was also an opportunity to learn about present day living and customs. A short but memorable day in Busan

Our guide Cooper showed us three of the most popular venues in Busan in only a few hours as our port call was shorter than we wished. He shared with us important historical perspectives and educated us on Korean cultural and Busan history and its role in the 20th century. He was very polite and engaging. Keeping track of all 5 of us as we each travelled at our own pace so it was not an easy task. Cooper made our visit rewarding and fun.

Look no further, this tour allows you to ride the Sky Capsule at a perfect time of the day, and then allows for additional stops to see other interesting if less spectacular sights. Our Korean guide Christina speaks impeccable English and has an energy level and aura which really lights up the tour. Solo travellers feel welcome and everyone on the tour has a great time. The organisation is smooth and there are opportunities to leave the tour earlier in the evening once the capsule ride is over, but you miss out on the other parts of this excellent tour.

Great tour and guide

Our tour guide, Daisy, did a great job explaining things to us and was incredibly thoughtful and nice. While she was not completely fluent in English, she got the points she wanted to make across to us. The sites on the 4-hour tour were great. Unfortunately, our tour was on a Saturday and traffic was quite heavy, which delayed some of our arrivals to sites. This was obviously not the fault of the driver, Daisy or Viator.

Great tour guide - great tour

Steve was a great tour guide and his English was perfect. He told very interesting stories about living in Korea and the United States and gave a great perspective of Korea history. This tour was a great way to see Busan at night. The boat ride was very slow and peaceful and beautiful. The drive to the top of the mountain was worth the view.

If you have one day for Busan, this is the experience you want!

From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and taken to the train station. Our driver explained what to do when we came back this evening to get back to our hotel and the took us to our seats. When we got to Busan, Mira met us as we got off the train. She was so welcoming and friendly and as we began talking, I explained to her that I am a Korean adoptee - born in Busan and this was my first time to Busan since then. She made this special day absolutely unforgettable. She showed us around and gave us time to take it all in. She never made us feel rushed and she took so many pictures for us! One of the coolest parts for us was at the Jalgachi Market - eating lunch and then walking around after - so glad we waited til we were in Busan to buy hotteok! Honestly Mira made us feel so comfortable throughout the day, on our way back to Seoul, my husband and I discussed how we felt like we were spending the day visiting with a friend. 미라, 감사합니다!
