We loved this tour. Got to see a nice mix of sights of Busan that we likely would not have seen on our own. Jake was a fantastic tour guide who gave us interesting history of the city and the sights. He was very engaging and considerate. Everything went smoothly, the bus was comfortable and the weather was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend this tour and Jake as a guide!
Have rudimentary knowledge of the language. Communication even with written address and Google maps 3 hours later and $90 dollars poorer we returned to our ship disappointed
Well paced, good variety of sites. More like having a private driver to all the major sites and then a self guided experience at the site. Liked the small group size and the freedom to do what you want. Thank you Jake.
This was a wonderful way to spend the day getting to know Busan's various beach areas and gamcheon culture village. The pace was great. Had plenty of time to explore each stop. Our guide was Victoria. She was amazing! So friendly and informative. She was upbeat and personable and made this experience even better!!
Charles Lee was a genuinely nice guy and helpful with any questions I had. Mina was very kind too. Great tour to see some of the hot spots in Busan, especially since they are all pretty far away - I couldn’t have gone to these places on my own. Even with a rainy day, I had a great time. Note- this tour does the beach train, not the sky capsules - I was confused on that so if you want to do the sky capsules, book another tour. The lunch and songdo cable car was an extra charge.
We had a great experience with Victoria! She was very kind, funny, and professional, and she was especially sweet and attentive with our child. Everything was explained clearly and perfectly organized. We truly enjoyed the tour and highly recommend her!

This is a nice tour with walking only as much as you want to and a lot of free exploring time. Stop at seafood spot for lunch was delicious. Our tour guide Ted was great providing options at each location and keeping us on schedule.

Grab your coffee before you go. It was a great day! Loved the Gamcheon Village the most. Could spend more time there for sure!
There was not enough time to enjoy each attraction. Most of the time was for traveling from each pickup stop. The tour guide Sean was not informative about each attraction.
We enjoyed this tour, because it gives a sample of various experience: a unique sea temple, rock beach with a train ride around Taejongdae Park, skywalk,, and Gamcheon refugee village. Tommy is personable and informative.
Daniel Ji gave a really good tour and experience. He tolerated a difficult customer and somehow managed to make it enjoyable in spite of her rudeness. His behavior and character was exceptional.
The experience felt rushed, leaving little time to truly enjoy the sights or take photos in peace. I would have appreciated a slower pace to fully absorb the surroundings. While the tour covered the essentials, future travelers should know that it may feel hurried if you prefer a more relaxed experience.
Jake was an excellent guide — friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He explained everything clearly and did his best to make the tour enjoyable for the English-speaking guests.
Unfortunately, the tour setup was not ideal. The group was mixed with Chinese-speaking guests, and we had to listen to long and very loud commentary in Chinese throughout much of the trip. This made the experience quite tiring and took away from the overall impression.
This is not a criticism of Jake at all; he was the best part of the tour. However, the company should make it much clearer at the time of booking that the tour may be combined with other language groups.
We would have given 5 stars if the tour had been arranged as a proper English-guided tour only. Jake deserves full credit, but the tour company should improve the structure and transparency.
Some of the sites are rather touristy and it would have been good to have more time at the sites. Otherwise, we learned a lot and got a great overview of an often overlooked city.
A variety of experiences. It can feel a little rushed in parts. Some of the places were very busy in late April.
I wish I could give Team Ted 5 stars but the day of our tour was raining and we did not get the full experience because some spots were closed due to weather and there wasn't much to see. So it really wasn't Ted's fault and kudos to Ted for making the best of the situation. There was 13 of us in the group and we traveled in a tour-bus. We hit all the places on the itinerary but we didn't spend a long time due to the weather.
It was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. Ken was super friendly and fun, always made sure to keep our group happy and laughing. Even wend an extra mile to satisfy our needs. The bus was super comfortable with wide reclining seats and a foot rest. The driver was exceptional, we almost felt we are in the limo. Great thank you to both of you for making our Busan trip an unbelievable experience!!!!

Our friendly guide Ken was excellent and gave a wonderful explanation of all the places on the tour.
I had a great experience on this tour. Our guide, Jason, was very polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in sharing information about the places we visited. He was also very helpful whenever anyone in the group needed assistance.
The bus was very comfortable, and the itinerary was well organized. The tour lasted about 8 hours and 30 minutes and felt very complete without being rushed.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Busan.

We enjoyed a really full day in the bustling and lively city of Busan in the company of our guide, Daniel, who spoke excellent English and gave us lots of useful information as he drove us from our pick up point to each of the key tourist sites on the itinerary. The vehicle used was modern and comfortable and with just 4 other tourists on the tour, it was a much better solution than sitting on a large bus. We visited the Blueline Park Beach Tram (ticket included), the magnificent Haedong Yonggungsa temple, and stopped for a lunch break in central Busan at the Jagalchi Fish Market area (an unexpected bonus) before afternoon trips to the colourful Gamcheon Culture Village and Songdo beach. At the latter, there was time enough to ride the Busan Air Cruise (cable car) which was at an additional cost. We had enough time to see all of these stops despite Busan being very busy on the day of our visit. HIghly recommended if you have limited time in town and a great value tour.
We were lucky to have two great tour guides, Bobby Kim and Lincoln. They were very friendly and kept us organized and comfortable throughout the entire day. Bobby Kim was also fantastic at helping us capture great photos at all the best spots.
This tour was a wonderful way to see Busan, and we truly enjoyed every stop. The schedule allowed a good amount of free time to walk around and explore on our own, which we really appreciated. However, if you prefer having a guide with you at all times, this might not be ideal.
The highlights included the absolutely beautiful Haedong Yonggungsa Temple and Gamcheon Culture Village, which ended up being our favorite stop. One great tip we discovered was to buy tea or dessert at one of the cafés with a rooftop terrace—purchasing something allows you access to the rooftop, where you can enjoy the best views and take amazing photos.
Overall, we highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Busan!
Went to hot spots in Busan, more of a transportation around town, which the bus driver was lovely, than a tour learning about the city or places that we visited.
