Frank was the tour guide for our family of seven. He was enthusiastic and energetic, and you could feel the pride and knowledge he had for his beloved city of Busan. He ensured that we hit all the highlights, made great recommendations for meals outside of the tour, and took extra consideration in taking photos and ensuring the comfort of my elderly parents!
