We had a wonderful time at the Australia zoo. Our driver, Gurt, was very courteous and explained the schedule very clearly. We had booked an experience at the zoo, which required us to arrive there as soon as the zoo opened. Gurt got us there right on time. There was enough time to explore the entire zoo. The variety of wildlife is amazing and the talks given by the staff was interesting. We loved our visit.

It was amazing!...

It was amazing! I went with co workers who are also dear friends and we had the best guide! Peter was so informative and knowledgeable! And he had a great sense of humor! We saw koalas in the wild, as well as Kangaroos, a Wallaby, and dolphins! We met at the meeting spot not far from our hotel at 7:45 am, and we were back by about 5:00 pm. So it was a perfect day! I highly recommend this tour! And if you are lucky enough to get Peter as a guide you will have a great time!

Awesome tour

Awesome day out. Pickup gold coast 5.45am. Arrived on the island about 9.30am by the time we went to brisbane, picked up the rest of the tour, then drove to the port (the ferry is 1.5 hours). Sandboarding, snorkeling and kayaking were all great. All guides were fantastic. Lunch was good. Arrived back at surfers paradise at 6.30pm so it is a long day but its definitely worth it. Thanks so much team.

Very pleasant experience...

Very pleasant experience: both on the boat and in the park, it is well worth the price. The team is very pleasant, the trip is relaxing, and the captain shares many interesting and funny anecdotes. The park is really nice. I have never seen so many koalas and kangaroos awake at the same time; even the Tasmanian devil. Departures are punctual and there is enough time in the park.

It was amazing to see Australia’s wildlife plus its beautiful nature.

James did a great job of getting us safely to each site and telling us a lot about Brisbane and the area, very friendly guy, but he went above and beyond by looking for wildlife for us at each stop plus while driving on the road. We saw wild kangaroos, wallabies, and even a koala and her joey! It was amazing!

Must do day trip!

This was a wonderful day trip that we did. Only a 20 minute ride to get to the marina from Brisbane CBD. It was a spontaneous thing we wanted to do and this company was the only one available that I could find to book the day of (literally 2 hours before departure) - thanks for that! Shoutout to the captain and all the crew that was there on Sept 20th. It was a beautiful day so the ride there and back was very smooth. Everything was so well organized from the safety checks, getting grouped up, getting the gear we needed, and getting us to the island. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the food buffet was good! The guided snorkel around the wrecks was fun - we were able to spot a shark and turtle along with so many fish and the visibility was good. We were able to spot starfish when we had our time on the beach. On the way back we were also able to see a dugong and dolphins! It was overall a great experience and I highly recommend doing this trip with this company. Thanks again!

Best guide ever! Ethan (?) was great and very enjoyable to listen to. He kept a good eye on the group, gave lots of fun facts, and was very personable. The team double-checked our gear before we headed out providing me with extra safety assurance. I’d do it again…. And yes, heights do make me nervous.

Beautiful trip alone the Brisbane River.

Great cruise, absolutely beautiful. The captain stopped and turned the boat at several points to give everyone a great view. The crew was super friendly and the cheese plate was more than generous. Great value for the money!!! And yes, I would go again.

That the historical...

That the historical commentary was very informative and interesting. The weather can mean it can be very windy on the river. I would have liked more detailed information on how to find the Pontoon. I did not see any public signage and had to ask for directions, which were not accurate. I nearly missed the cruise.

Great way to spend your morning!

We booked this as an easy thing to do while in Brisbane. You recieve coffee/tea and scones but there is a bar available to purchase other things as well. I liked that there is commentary as you sail across the river. I found it a little confusing finding the dock but they do recommend you give yourself time to get there for this reason.
