Amazing Tour
This tour was amazing, and we were so fortunate to be led by Miro. He had a wealth of information and to share and always gave time for questions and enough time to pause and enjoy the experience. Montserrat is beautiful and can be described but, needs to be seen to be fully understood. The winery tour was the most informative winery tour that I have ever experienced. I learned so many new things about the process, and how Oller del Mas differs from others.

10/10 experience
Had the most fantastic experience, Darragh was a brilliant host. He was super knowledgeable about the history of all the cocktails we made, as well as having a lot of funny stories. I went on my own and was made to feel so included by both the others in my group and by Darragh. Definitely worth the money with 4 cocktails, ranging from sour, savoury and sweet, and very yummy tapas. So happy I chose to do this on my trip to Barcelona, and would definitely recommend to everyone going.

Wine and tapas
Darren was an excellent tour guide. The group met in front of the post office and he spent 5 minutes telling us a bit about the city before heading off to the first stop. During the tour we made a total of 3 stops, sampled a variety of tapas, as well as a paella, and different kinds of wine, vermouth and cava (bubbly). Darren provided information and detail about the food we ate and the wine we drank. All in all, an excellent evening activity.

Must do tour
I was in a 7 person van as too many people for just a bus Preferred the van as we got to know other travellers during the 12 hr tour I think our drivers name was Sergio. I’m not good at remembering names. He is terrific, very knowledgeable and easy to understand what he is telling us

To learn what a sommelier pairs with slivers of jamón and plates of patatas bravas, look no further than Barcelona wine-tasting tours. Follow your guide around neighborhoods such as El Born and the Gothic Quarter, popping into food markets and tapas bars for tastings of wine and cava. If you’re in the mood for a day trip, several wine tours combine the monastery and cogwheel train of Montserrat Mountain with visits to nearby wineries. For a full day in the vineyards, join a tour of the famed cava producers in the Penedès region west of Barcelona.
