Although our cruise ship was late arriving to the Port of Barcelona because of fog, the driver kept in touch with me a couple of hours before docking. After I collected my luggage driver was easy to find once exiting building by holding a sign up with my name. Quick trip to the airport and journey ended. Skip pricey cruise ship transfers...this is the way to go.

Excellent service and very professional. Barcelona is a HUGE port that spans a few kilometers. We had no idea where our ship would berth and had concerns of meeting our driver. But HE KNEW where we were and was there early and found us immediately. Quickly and safely whisked to the airport. Would be insane and costly to have used cruise ship transfers. Great experience.

Wow!! Our group was large...

Wow!! Our group was large and was split into two. Our group took a van to a winery outside of the city. We got a tour of the winery, 4 tastings, and some appetizers. We then took a sailboat back to the meeting spot. The sailboat included a small charcuterie board to share and....more wine!!! Our captain was great and let us try out sailing! He brought the party! You will leave feeling absolutely great!!

Best of Barcelona Shore Excursion and La Sagrada Familia.

We visited La Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, and Casa Mila at La Pedrera. We visited several parts of the city ( Gothic quarter and Born area) as well as multiple cathedrals. Our tour guide, Sergio, was the best: informative, knowledgeable, and added humor along the way. He constantly asked us what questions we had to ensure he was addressing our needs. I highly recommend Sergio as a great tour guide.

Effortless cruise to BCN transport

Made the reservation in advance & when I noticed the terminal information was incorrect, I emailed Viator. They emailed back saying that the cruise terminal was updated but when looking at the reservation, it had not. So I emailed the actual provider and they confirmed the correct terminal. The provider, was on time & we reached the airport in plenty of time for our flight which you absolutely need in BCN airport! That place is a zoo and very disorganized!

Very pleasant transfer experience

Our driver Mohsan met us at the terminal 15 mins before our scheduled pick up time. He phoned to see if we were ready and explained where he would be waiting. He helped with our luggage and gave us a complimentary bottle of water. He was polite and courteous ensuring that we were comfortable with the temperature in the taxi. Probably not the cheapest option but worth the small premium for not having to wait in line battling crowds for a cab! We would use the service again with no hesitation.

What a bargain! They...

What a bargain! They picked us up promptly from the cruise port showed us Barcelona and a great guided tour of park Guell (yes spend the extra and buy the tickets. It’s worth it and you don’t wanna wait outside while others are touring!) we had a nice guided, informative walk around the Sagrada Familia outside and then they dropped us off at our hotel & we knew what we wanted to explore on r next & last day! Well done!

A Great Experience

Our driver called us as we were waiting for our luggage to let us know that he was waiting just outside of the baggage collection area. He was there with our name on a sign. He helped us navigate the very crowded airport to his car - a gleaming new Mercedes. I tried to help load our considerable amount of luggage, but he wouldn’t let me help. The drive from the airport to the cruise terminal was safe and pleasant. Once at the cruise terminal, our driver unloaded all of our luggage onto a trolley and took us to the check in area. We couldn’t have had a better experience with a great car and driver. Highly recommend this service.

Good Service

There were 7 people in our party arriving at the airport. After collecting our luggage we were looking for our driver, as there was some confusion as to where we were to meet. We finally made contact and headed for our van. The van was comfortable and was able to hold all our luggage. We were very pleased with our service!

On time and efficient....

On time and efficient. Driver was polite and friendly. Communication was not as immediate and continuous as other reviews noted. But booking was effortless, and making changes to departure time was no problem. Driver arrived just before the appointed time, helped load our many large bags, and got us to our destination efficiently.
