The tour guide Aashish is very funny and accommodating. He’s knowledgeable about the places we visited. He cares about the passengers and very nice and approachable. Very patient oas well while waiting for everyone to on-board the Van. Great tour indeed!

Wonderful experience with Jupiter Legend/CTour
It’s my family’s first time travelling in Banff and our tour guide was Elisa. Elisa did a wonderful job showing us the lakes and bit more background about Canadian Rockies. She’s very considerate, enthusiastic and overall experienced tour guide. We enjoyed her company very much and recommend her on you next visit to the sightseeings in Alberta!

Really enjoyed the boat...
Really enjoyed the boat ride, especially since we were on a smaller boat, not a large tourist boat. Our naturalist was very dynamic and a wealth of information. Since it was clam waters, they turned off the engines when we got to the back country and had us all be still for a minute just to hear the stillness.

Very fun tour with a humorous tour guide
We went on the bus on June 24 at 8:25am in downtown of Banff with the experienced and humorous tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and told us all about the mountains and lakes histories. Very great memories with the tour. And it was much cheaper than the same tour at other companies. Very on time. Don’t forget to take with you water bottles and some snacks as we were done the tour around 2:30pm. Very hungry. You also can get some snacks and coffee at Moraine Lake but so expensive and long wait, we got one piece of banana sandwich, a small bottle of water, and a small hotdog at 23$. Otherwise everything is perfecr and worth the money. We also tip the tour guide when he dropped us back in downtown. He deserved it.

An awesome trip!
We had a wonderful tour covering Moraine Lake, Lake Louise, Emerald Lake, and Natural Bridge. Ahmad was an engaging guide who kept the journey interesting with lots of fascinating facts and local information throughout the day. The itinerary felt a little rushed at times, and we would have loved a bit more time at each stop, but that’s understandable given how much was covered. Overall, it was a well-organized experience, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Canadian Rockies.

Stress-Free Way to See Banff’s Highlights
We had an excellent experience on the 8-stop Banff tour and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It was by far the easiest way to see all of Banff’s must-see sights without having to worry about parking, shuttle reservations, navigating traffic, or dealing with crowds. The direct hotel pickup was incredibly convenient, and the van was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Our guide, Jack, was fantastic. He was a kind, personable young Aussie who kept the group laughing and made everyone feel welcome throughout the day. He was an excellent driver and shared interesting information without making it feel like a scripted tour. The weather forecast called for a gloomy day, but somehow Jack even managed to “will” the sun to come out, and we ended up with beautiful views for much of the trip.
If you’re short on time or simply want a relaxing way to experience Banff’s highlights, this tour is well worth it. We saw so much in one day and never had to think about the logistics. We could simply enjoy the scenery.

great half day at banff's most popular spots
kuya red was great and gave us good suggestions for the best photo spots at each location. despite some guests arriving late at our morning pick up, he made up the time so we got about 1.5 hours at each lake. if you just want to see the lakes, walk around, and maybe do one of the short hikes to the look out points (fairview lookout at lake louise or the rockpile at morraine lake), then this tour is great for that.
overall great value for the price and would highly recommend going with red!
also - we debated taking one of the afternoon tours instead of the morning (leaving around 3:30pm for potentially less people at each lake), but the 9:30 morning tour worked out for us. we still had plenty of daylight left once we arrived back at banff town to grab a snack, our car, and continue exploring on our own. we visited at the end of june and would love to come back!

Practical way to see popular sites in and around Banff.
This was a great headache-free way to see some of the most popular nearby lakes. The main reason we did this and not drive there was because of the known parking difficulties and cost to park. We went in mid to late June and it is already pretty crowded at that point. Bow Falls was a bonus sight to see that we knew nothing about prior to coming. However our lunch of an hour and 15 minutes was spent in Banff but we were staying in Banff so for us it wasn't a bonus--but would be if you were staying in Canmore or somewhere outside of Banff. Still, Mark and the tour served our needs.

Our family had a...
Our family had a wonderful time touring the lakes and Banff! We were in a van with 14 people, and our tour guide, Tammy, did an excellent job. She was very knowledgeable about the lakes and the surrounding area, and she also helped take photos of our group, which we really appreciated. It was a fun and memorable experience for everyone.

It was a stress free Wonderful Journey
We booked a tour of Lake Louise and Moraine Lake with Rockies Journey. Kenneth, our tour guide, was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly throughout the trip. We highly recommend them. Traveling as a family of 8 (2 kids and 6 adults), we really appreciated that they supplied water, snacks, and candy. The tour started and ended right on time. We were very satisfied!

Good tour
Good experience. The guide was really friendly and knowledgeable. We were lucky with an early sighting of a bear. Lots of long-horn sheep. And towards the end some elf from a distance and deer. The stopping spots and views were good regardless of whether we saw animals in all locations or not. I'd recommend taking the tour.

Views that you will not want to miss!
A wonderful tour covering Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and parts of Banff National Park. Our brilliant tour guide, Jake, made this more of an adventure. Part historian, part outdoorsman, great comic relief and self proclaimed best looking tour guide in the Canadian Rockies, Jake really made this a day to remember. He shared so much history about the area and this great wilderness we all enjoyed. We were lucky enough to see a mother Grizzly Bear and her cubs eating berries on the side of the road to Moraine Lake. This 4 .5 hour tour is a perfect length. Sign up for the early tour to beat a lot of the crowds.
