Small group, Rae was adaptive to current sightings and ongoing issues (we were informed about the current bear sightings and given good advice on what to do with our own, onward journey.) Rae was fun, knowledgeable and reacted well to the needs of the group. She is also a decent photographer. Would definitely recommend. We saw Long horned sheep, Elk, White tails and a Golden Eagle.

Better planning

After spending 20 years looking forward to seeing the famous blue waters of Lake Louise, I arrived at a frozen over, ice field. Lack of education and preparedness on my part obviously. Upon recognizing my disappointment, Aashish, our tour guide focused on lifting up my spirits and reminding me just how beautiful this area is, ice and all. The tour incorporated many different types of terrain as well as many interesting facts and stories about the area and it’s history. I will return someday, in one of the warmer months, but when I do, I will be looking for Aashish to show me around!

I am very satisfied with...

I am very satisfied with the places we visited and they gave us two hours to look around banff town and grab lunch. The whole tour is planned very well for a reasonable price and our tour guide, Ray, was very sweet and very hard-working. He went out of his way and offered to pick up and drop off at a location we are most comfortable with. Ray was awesome.

Great tour for Winter wonderland

Due to snowing weather condition, our tour modified to go to Johnston canyon instead of marble canyon. The changes were communicated ahead of the day. We are very happy with our tour guide Andy. He is very friendly and humorous. He is so passionate about the history, geology, and culture of the area. We learned so much about the Rockies, the trees, wild animals etc. He pointed to us the land bridges and tunnels, the magical winter of Banff national park and everywhere we went. I truly enjoyed the day and the tour thanks to Andy. He has great communication skills. It’s great that we had options requiring different physical challenges at each stop. Last but not least important, he drove us safely through the thick snow and slippery roads where we saw quite a few vehicles slipped into ditches. I would strongly recommend this tour. Great value and great experience!

I love taking photos, so I joined the tour with my camera, and Mr. Lam was incredibly considerate, always making sure I had enough time and opportunities to take pictures. Even after returning to Korea, I kept thinking about how kind he was throughout the trip. I traveled with my sister and my boyfriend, and thanks to Mr. Lam’s excellent driving skills, even long hours in the car felt very comfortable and relaxing. I think it would be a great tour to bring older family members on next time as well. Because of him, we discovered many wonderful places, and I was impressed by how attentively he cared for every participant, even those traveling alone. We were also lucky enough to spot a deer on the way, and he kindly stayed there for a long time so that everyone could fully enjoy and remember that special moment. Throughout the ride, he explained so much about Canada—the mountains, nature, and culture—and his knowledge was truly impressive. If I come back to Canada again, I would definitely want to join a tour with him once more. (P.S. Beautiful Day on Lake Minnewanka!

We had an excellent time on the Lake Minnewanka Cruise! Our tour guide was amazing! Knowledgeable, engaging, and a great storyteller. It was a fun, relaxing day on the lake with perfect weather and stunning views. Getting tickets through Viator was easy, and transportation was smooth. We took the bus from downtown Banff, but there was plenty of parking available if you drive yourself. Highly recommend this experience when visiting Banff!

Amazing trip

What a great way to see the best lakes & views of Banff. Our tour guide, Robbie, was so knowledgeable, personable & knew just where to take us to see the best sites. Having a small group allowed us to move on quicker to the next great spot. And it was a big plus having someone do the driving for you. Highly recommend!

Views that you will not want to miss!

A wonderful tour covering Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and parts of Banff National Park. Our brilliant tour guide, Jake, made this more of an adventure. Part historian, part outdoorsman, great comic relief and self proclaimed best looking tour guide in the Canadian Rockies, Jake really made this a day to remember. He shared so much history about the area and this great wilderness we all enjoyed. We were lucky enough to see a mother Grizzly Bear and her cubs eating berries on the side of the road to Moraine Lake. This 4 .5 hour tour is a perfect length. Sign up for the early tour to beat a lot of the crowds.
