Already Papa Beniamino (affectionately called "Bè") in the 1960s delighted guests from all over the world with unforgettable culinary experiences. Pizza reigns supreme on the Amalfi Coast, and you'll learn the secrets to preparing authentic "pizza napolitana" during this hands-on pizza-making class overlooking the sea. Join your hosts for a stroll through the terraced garden to learn about the local culinary traditions, then roll up your sleeves to prepare your personal pizza, from dough to wood-fired baking. Set your mind to their slow approach to life and have the welcome drink on the terrace in the shade of lemon trees. Then, you’ll have a guided visit to their lemon groves where they cultivate “Sfusato di Amalfi”, a lemon with a unique shape and scent. In the organic garden, you’ll pick all the vegetables you need for the cooking class. The menu changes with the seasons, depending on what the land offers, and Chef Vincenzo will teach you how to create zero-waste recipes. After learning all his secrets to recreate them at home, raise your glass of limoncello to your health—and to the authenticity of the Amalfi Coast.

The history of the Taiani family winery began many years ago, initially with the construction of the agricultural building between 1820 and 1880, including the ancient cellar. In 1880 our great-grandfather, Lorenzo Basileo, started the cellar. These old and trusted methods continue today, including picking the grapes by hand. Located about 400 meters above sea level, the sloping terraces covered by traditional wooden pergolas show an environment in harmony with nature. The tasting begins at 18.30 with a visit to the vineyard and the cellars in the company of the third generation owner Elio to end with the lunch prepared by Maria (the owner's mother and exceptional chef), all illuminated by the stars and gently caressed by the moon.

This experience allows you to understand the real production of the Amalfi Sfusato Lemon. Depending on the season in which you visit the lemon grove, you will be able to see the stages of growth with your own eyes, told by the people who take care of it every day. Arrival of guests scheduled for 19:00 at the Agriturismo Il Tintore and Welcome drink. Start of the garden visit with culinary surprise along the way. At the end, "Il Caciocavallo Impiccato" will be served, then guests will sit at the table and grilled meat with a side of grilled vegetables and baked potatoes will be served. Dessert. Dinner will be held in a fantastic natural setting surrounding the property's fine restaurant.
