Top Algarve Dolphin Watching - page 2

My husband and I recently enjoyed the boat tour from Portimão. It was fabulous. The crew were very knowledgeable and made the boat trip a lot of fun. We saw a large pod of dolphins. The marine biologist explained about these dolphins and other marine life. Then we headed for the Algarve coast and explored a bunch of caves. It was a beautiful day and the water was pretty calm. It was amazing to see the view of the coast from the water.

The idea to create a boat tour for watching a colony of dolphins in Atlantic Ocean, it was a brilliant idea. I took the tour because everyone young or old love the dolphins. And I lovend it. The boat was a light, safe boat. The tour guide was knowledgeable about what we are going to watch. It was a sunny day, clear sky, a perfect day to enjoy watching Flipper and his brothers, sisters,cousins playing. And we're lucky to watch a big colony of dolphins swimming along the boat, under the boat,flipping, twisting, giving us a free ,unforgettable show. All of us took lots of pictures. Unfortunately we had to go back to the marina, but I can say to everybody: take this tour and you will never regret being on the boat for 1 hour and half.

I am very picky about what company’s I pick when it comes to animal activities. But this company seemed like the right one, and that was absolutely true. The biologists were very kind, professional and fun. They could tell us alot about the different species that live in the water, and it was amazing to have someone on board that knew alot about orcas. When we found an pod of dolphins they kept an respectable distance and gave the animals the choice to themselves to approach us. They didnt but I did not mind at all. We stayed with the pod for the 30 minutes that was allowed. Awesome to see these amazing animals in the wild! For the boat. It was comfortable and even when there were big waves I felt really safe. The employee steering reacted so quikly to unexpected waves. Loved it :) thank you If you want to do a sightseeing tour while respecting the wildlife, go for this one!

Best experience ever. The caves were amazing. Seeing the dolphins was on the bucket list. We were so lucky to see them. Especially the mums and babies. The staff were very informative ,helpful and funny. Very good explanation of the caves. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Amazing dolphin experience! The guide was informative about what we would see and helped us locate the dolphins once we got to where we spotted them. I was a litte skeptical on if we would see any dolphins but we saw a lot! The ride out into the ocean was thrilling and fun too! This was so worth it!

Highly reccomend, great trip. We were lucky with the weather as was nice & calm (keep an eye on the wind forecast) Little bit tricky to find the meeting point (couldnt see a crane or pear as in directions?) Maybe add these 3 words to the meeting point
