Please inform your pick-up time and flight If your return flight departs between 11:01 AM and 2:59 AM, the tour guide will notify you of the exact pick-up time (usually 2-3 hours before the flight departure). If your return flight departs between 3:00 AM and 11:00 AM, no pick-up service will be provided. It is recommended to take the hotel's shuttle bus to the airport.

Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.

Todo estuvo excelente! La guía Tinny fue súper agradable y atenta imprimiendo información en inglés para nosotras. Tim, nuestro conductor, maravilloso también, de lo más ameno y atento. El hotel muy bien, por la noche alternan según las posibilidades de ver auroras yendo primero al camp o en el autobús a "cazar auroras" en la ruta o al revés... Tuvimos la suerte de verlas, te toman muchas fotos y te las envían... Recomiendo ampliamente la experiencia 🤗
