Very pleasant tour

Guide very willing to show us much as possible, ta King jack roads. The Castle is beautiful. The area is So Lovely.

This tour did not meet the conditions. Lower Silesia Tour From Wroclaw Sun, May 05, 2019 2 Adults USD $259.86 Booking reference BR-691401266 We can customize a departure time to individual needs of our Guests. This was not possible, since other participants determined the time of departure. Entry/Admission - Gross-Rosen Museum in Rogoznica This did not happen. Also, there was no contact from the provider in Poland, until we made a call on one say before the day of departure.

Tomas was a very friendly, helpful and informed guide with a lot of stories about a variety of topics. The day was well organized and all of the sites were well worth visiting. No queuing during high season.

Look forward to this tour because of its content and after have watched TV about the Gold Train hidden in the tunnels. We were picked up at 9.00am and given, just in case we had missed breakfast, a bottle of water and a pastry. We visited the places detailed and provided with detailed information but at Castle Ksiaz we were dropped off at the main entrance and told to follow the signage and to phone when we were finished. While some of the information was in English the presence of a guide would have been helpful. We arrived at restaurant at Complex Osowka where we thought we would be given refreshments / snacks as they were to be provided. We were told this was only a stop to get the tickets for the entry to the tunnels. This tour was expensive and while interesting not worth the money. There was no provision of refreshments / snacks and to go on an eight tour without allowing for this was really bad planning. Would suggest that before you book this tour to be aware of its shortcomings.
