Travelled to Auschwitz from Wroclaw in a very comfortable car and stopped both ways in a shop to break up the journey. Our driver was very knowledgeable about local history too. Tour guide was fantastic on site. Such a worthwhile trip. Highly recommend.

Lukasz was our transfer driver today. He was brilliant. We were picked up on time. He drove so carefully that I fell, which I never do when someone else is driving.
We had an early start and arrived in time to meet the others in the group.
The organisation to get us into the tour was flawless. The tour guide was brilliant and very knowledgeable. He was happy to answer questions.
On the way back we had a bit of a journey and we stopped off for a 15mins break. Lukasz told us of local places visit.
We were dropped back at our hotel wished us a good visit to the area.

Very important sites to see, however felt like the time spent between the two camps was not enough to fully reflect on the events. Would have liked a longer tour of both camps. The few exhibits in Auschwitz I were very interesting and heartbreaking, however it was so crowded that you could only look for a few seconds before needing to move on.

My husband and I traveled to Poland to see Auschwitz and this tour was perfect for what we wanted. Our driver Jakub was very responsive on Viator, picked us up on time, and made sure we were well taken care of. He was knowledgeable and started the tour before we even got to the grounds. He then waited for us during the tour and brought us to Auschwitz 2 and again waited for us. Highly recommend!

Our person from Viator was very friendly and drove us to and from Auschwitz-Birkenau. Typically the guide shares information, but this wasn’t the case. The guide we had at Auschwitz-Birkenau was difficult to understand. She spoke very quickly and was unclear. She was eager to answer questions and was very kind.

Our driver was awesome and picked us up right at our hotel! He then shuttled us all the way to Auschwitz where we met up with our tour group. The tour was very well organized and covered a lot of information.

Our driver was really good. Jacob was his name. A very pleasant young man. Safe driving and very informative. He was a good guide the whole way to Auschwitz.
The guide tour in Auschwitz and Birkenau was ok. She was a bit monotonous. Our driver was by the way very organized at the ticket office compared to the new set up, they had at the entrance.
All up we had a very interesting tour in pouring rain.

Driver was very polite - great communication. It said on package snacks included, but no snacks or water was provided.
I would highly recommend to take drinks and snacks as there is only vending machines and queues get very long. Also do take a hat as its very open and no shade. Other than that the guide was very knowledgeable and indeed a trip to remember for lifetime.

Meaningful, reflective and sobering visit that every human would benefit from seeing and recognizing the horrors that we as humans are capable of and must prevent from ever happening again. Our driver Jarek was ate and kind a real joy. The guide from the facility Zusanna was an amazing guide whose reverence for the memorial was more than apparent.

We are a group of professionals in town for a medical convention. As somber and sad as the whole experience was, it was worthwhile. Our driver picked us up at our downtown hotel, drove safely to and from the camps, and was attentive to the passengers needs.
While at camp we had an excellent tour, who provided a very educational experience, and personalized the tour to our questions.
Overall a wonderful experience which I highly recommend!

Our tour guide Pawel arrived on time to pick us up from our hotel. He is a good driver and story teller, very knowledgeable and adding a lot of value to the whole experience. The drive to Auschwitz took almost 3 hours but we were not bored at all. Pawel was able to answer all questions - not only those related to the death camp we were going to visit but also questions on the history of the region. A local Auschwitz guide took over after we arrived, then we came back to Wrocław with Pawel again. Prepare your questions and be ready to learn a lot!

A very somber day but so worthwhile. Everyone needs to go so that the truth is kept alive. Remember to bring ID with you as you won't get in without it. We hadn't been told before hand and a passing comment 10 minutes into a 2 and a half hour journey, meant turning back to our hotel to pick it up. Could have been a disaster.

Paweł got us there and back safely, picked us up from our hotel and was very friendly. the company organised transport and our tickets and even lunch for us so our whole day was stress free. The tour was very informative and definitely worth doing.

The company were exceptional, keeping me updated on pick up times, prompt, our driver was very helpful and knowledgeable, always there to answer any questions. The tour of Auschwitz was well done and obviously very moving and sometimes difficult to comprehend the atrocities but should never be forgotten. I’d highly recommend this company.

The driver jarek was just amazing, really punctual, kept in touch with me prior to the tour to let me know if he would be a few minutes late, very knowledgeable about Wroclaw and surrounding area. Auschwitz was however quite a jarring experience for the wrong reasons, it's so exceptionally tourist driven and I was quite taken aback by that, thinking the experience would be a much more sombre affair but the camp was so commercial with a gift shop and cafe, restaurant, book shop... You even pay to use the toilet. The tour guide was exceptional however.

Auschwitz is a 'must do' when visiting Poland, we stayed in wroclaw and got picked up at our accommodation by a minibus. Our driver Jacob was very nice and knowledgeable. He also gave us our lunch which included a sandwich, bottle of water, bar of chocolate and an apple. Auschwitz is well worth a visit and Birkenau too.

We received an email the day before the tour confirming pickup time. The driver was at the hotel right on time and got us on our way. We ran into traffic so we were not able to stop in the drive there which took about 2 hours and 45 minutes. The driver made sure we got to our tour group. The overall tour and experience is something we will never forget. The only downside is with the amount of visitors there, you feel a little rushed. But we had no complaints about our overall tour.
