A little miscommunication as the desk staff are a little unorganized but overall it was a great experience. The boat crew are true pros, what a blast.

Hicimos una reserva a traves de viator para las 3 de la tarde, pero a la hora de hacer parasailing descubrimos que el personal cambio la reserva a las 1 de la tarde sin previo aviso, y digo que el personal cambio la hora porque llame a viator en ese momento y nos confirmaron que hicimos la reserva a las 3 de la tarde, el personal( de echo bastante antipatico) intento culparnos de su error.Nos llevemos un gran disgusto cuando en realidad lo que buscabamos en las vacaciones era disfrutar y relajarnos!!!

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review us. You were booked with us at 11am and 1pm for your two activities with us we tried contacting you twice in the morning as you were not here for the check-in time, but you did not answer. You then arrived at 2:20pm saying you had one activity booked at 2pm and the other at 3pm. We offered you the next times avaiable which were 3pm and 4pm but you did not want to proceed with these times given. Many thanks Vilamoura Watersports Team
