Great time was had by all and what stunning views we had of the coastline and caves. We were able to get in close. Our guide was amazing as he was able to communicate in multiple languages and he was so full of information and knowledge. We were able to go out and even find some dolphins which absolutely made my day.

It was a really lovely experience, the lady was very knowledgable on everything with the various caves, local towns and was very informative. Just a shame the sea was very choppy so could only enter one cave but this experience was amazing. My son has autism and is non verbal she was very lovely and welcoming to him and made us all feel very comfortable, great experience.

The boat going out caught buoy line wrapping around the prop took 20 minutes to clear. Didn’t go into any cave until Benagil which had around 20 kayakers and another vessel we had about 1 to take pictures the reason this isn’t a 1 is we caw dolphins playing on the way back.

Hello Joesph, We actuallly remember your group, when you came back we asked your group if they enjoyed and they had nothing bad to say other than they had a great time. Unfortunately we live in a world where there is sea pollution and fishing cables being in the sea is something us a company cannot be faulted for, the situation was resolved in the correct manor. We apologise that you didn’t enjoy yourself. Hope you get to have this experience again as the Algarve’s coastline is extremely beautiful as I’m sure you would agree on.

Although the coast was beautiful we were a bit disappointed. Our time was changed and the boat we had was changed. The time in the caves was minimal especially if at the back of the boat no time to run up for pictures. Couldn’t hear anything from the attendant at the front. Glad we saw it but expected a bit more.

I thought I had reserved for a small boat. Our original time was cancelled and we were asked if we were willing to go at a later time which we agreed to, but were not told we would placed on a much larger boat. The whole purpose of opting for a smaller boat was not to feel crammed.

The trip should have been cancelled due to weather. It was awful: the ride was bumpy. We saw no dolphin, which I expected and we were far from the caves. The trip was long and wet. Would not recommend unless weather is better.

Nachdem wir am Vortag über Viator gebucht haben und anschließend auch die Buchungsbestätigung samt Online-Ticket erhalten haben, mussten wir Vorort erfahren, dass unsere Buchung mal eben um 3 Stunden verschoben wurde. Die Info dazu hätten wir schließlich per Mail bekommen sagte man uns unfreundlich am Schalter. Nachdem wir unsere Mails gecheckt haben fanden wir tatsächlich eine Info, die 2h vor dem Termin abgeschickt worden war. Da waren wir längst unterwegs zu unserer Boottour. Eine Stornierung wurde lächelnd abgelehnt - wir hätten ja einen Ausweichtermin angeboten bekommen - wenn wir den nicht akzeptieren wäre das unser Problem. Einer anderen Familie erging es noch übler. Nachdem sie bereits die Rettunswesten umgelegt bekommen hatten, erklärte man ihnen, dass wegen eines "Irrtums" ihr Ausflug erst am nächsten Tag stattfinden könne. Service und Kundenzufriedenheit sind hier scheinbar unwichtig.
