Believe the 1 star reviews. We showed up at the Wonders of Rome office to pick up our Vatican tickets. The operator said sorry but we don't have your ticket available. Another family of 4 was also screwed with no tickets. We had reserved 930 entry time and he said MAYBE get some for 1pm...no guarantee. I believe they sell more spaces than they have tickets for and hope for cancelations. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER....HORRIBLE!!
