It was extremely frustrating to arrive for a confirmed and paid for tour to be advised that the vendor hadn’t secured tickets. When we expressed our displeasure the third party operator was contacted and called us. He proceeded to berate us because we hadn’t responded to his what’s app message. The Vatican was a little overwhelming to me. There was a lot of art a lot of statues and an extreme lot of walking in order to get to the Sistine chapel. The chapel was beautiful but by that time I was exhausted. So many stairs going up and down wore me out. I was so exhausted. I totally forgot about going to St Peter’s Basilica and that was really where I wanted to see the church. I’m so disappointed. We did not have time to go back over to the Vatican to see Saint Peter’s Basilica. Very sad indeed.

Finding the location was very difficult, we kept following directions but it would always take to you to a place you could not access so Vatican staff would reroute you to the meeting point amd eventually we walked the hole perimeter of the Vatican amd again staff said we were at the incorrect location but they were kind enough to call amd the ticket were brought to us. Once inside it was a train wreck just chaos and no one willing to help or tell is where to go. There was never a guide and this was juat a pass we were told and im okay with that but not what I was expecting.
