The website gives all the details needed... I'd say be prepared for 100% fun with the lovely people running the excursions. Vincent (he insisted we put his name 1st :-)) and Julian (sorry man... Vincent made the rules) were brilliant guides. Offroad Adventures (the buggies) couldn't have been better fun to go with.

As most stuff on Vanuatu "Laid back " island timing but it was great they make it happen and it does . The ride was great fun our guide James made it a fun experience plenty of speed / mud / sights .A big must do .

The tour guides were both super lovely & super informative!! We had so much fun. We especially loved going to the Blue Lagoon, the only comment is we want to stay longer there next time. But overall super awesome tour group & highly recommend!!

This was so much fun!!!! We loved it and the kids wanted to do it again! Be prepared to get a little dirty but can wash it all off in the beautiful blue waters of the beach.

The destinations on this tour are a MUST! The local tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating; lunch was fresh, tasty and wholesome. The buggies were loads of fun, a great day had by our group of 6! :)

Disappointing and missed 2 out of 4 of our promised stops!

My husband and I booked this tour last minute, paying $500 AUD. We were picked up on time, but then ended up at a cultural village experience, which was NOT part of the tour we had booked. When I raised it with the tour guide, he brushed me off and said to consider this a complimentary addition to our tour. That would have been fine, except we ended up missing 2 out of 4 of the stops we had actually booked. I raised it multiple times with him (feeling like I was being a nuisance!), and finally told him that we wanted to go to the 2 missed locations on a other day with them, as they were part of our tour. The tour guide told me he would organise it, then didn't mention anything for the remainder of the day! By this point we were over bringing it up... There were some good parts - we went quad biking as part of it, and while the tour guide couldn't manage to actually take us to our locations, he was a cheery fellow who shared a lot of stories with us all. BUT - I wouldn't recommend this tour due to missing 50% of the locations, and for being VERY overpriced. Following the tour, I found out we could hire our own private driver for the day in Port Vila, to take us wherever we wanted, for around 15000 vatu (about $180 AUD)! If you are in Vanuatu, I recommend you do this instead...

Hello Kim could you please elaborate more on the two stops which you have missed? We've amended our tour removing some of the previous stops (probably the one's you're referring to). There has been some confusion as our itinerary is different to a slight extent from out product overview on Viator and we're currently working on amending these unique contents with our Viator counterparts. I wouldn't say the tour is overpriced as our package is all inclusive without any additional cost. You can definitely hire a bus but you'd still have to pay for your own entrance fees which will end up to more or less the same amount. Thank you for reviewing our service.

This trip was cancelled the day we were meant to go - not happy with Viator We booked this and Viator took our money - still waiting for refund. I also had a TripAdvisor airport shuttle cancelled the day before. Don’t use these companies.

We've suggested an alternative option which you declined based on your wife's medical condition (totally understandable). We made it clear that we are not in a position to offer the said tour and the last option would be to cancel your booking so that a refund may be issued. Eventually, your booking was cancelled by us (YUMI TOURS). You were notified accordingly that it'll take 3-5 working days for your money to be refunded. On our end it shows a ZERO balance which means we will not get paid for your booking. I've sent a screenshot to your WhatsApp number for verification. I suggest you you follow up with your bank as well. Now with your airport shuttle, who did you book with? Our records do not show that we had a booking with you for that matter. We'd appreciate if you can keep us updated regarding your refund so that we can follow up with Viator as well. We thank you for reviewing our service which will definitely help us improve our service for the future.

The tour guide was very informative and taught us a lot about culture and the way of vanuatu. The blue lagoon was wonderful where the locals help you use the Tarzan swings and the turtle zoological was wonderful feeding baby turtles, watching daisy the goat get up to no good and the service for the BBQ Lunch is wonderful. The tour for the buggys was a good range of sand, bush etc and we got to watch horses running around together which was an awesome sight. The buggys are In a little bit of a state from the covid shut down and cyclones but you do have a mechanic following in case of any issues.

Had potential but poorly executed

Had potential but buggy's purely maintained, my brakes barely worked and steering was way off. Didn't get what was advertised but they did partial refund after we brought it to their attention. The tour was slow so no real opportunity to have any fun in the buggies, literally just follow the leader at a slow pace. The one stop we did was quick and didn't have a chance to really enjoy location as in strict schedule. Also about 40% of driving was on road in traffic getting to the 'offroad' section. As I said had potential just poorly executed

Since they chose to reuse this booking for the round trip tour, I will use this booking for my review. The buggy tour was cancelled as a result of a lack of participants. As mentioned, they offered me another tour. Out of the full tour, we missed the below activities as a result of poor planning: - Cultural Village (they advised that it was due to a death in the village when it was not. It was closed on Sundays, they should know this) - Lookout - Coffee Factory - Kava Tasting Overall pretty poor planning + lies, which really annoys me.

The Buggy Tour was fantastic!! It had rained the night before so there was plenty of mud, which made for lots of laughs. Yumi Tours had great communication with us beforehand so I was well informed of pick up details and other info. I would highly recommend this tour. They get 10/10 from all of your group of 12.

Great and Memorable Tour

This tour was great, we started with a long road trip to the blue lagoon with our tour guide explaining everything about Vanuatu Culture was informative. The blue lagoon real nice plus we had a morning brunch fruits was a nice spread. Next stop turtle sanctuary was nice to feed very large and old turtles but it was low tide so it was not easy to swim. We saw a 2m reef shark fenced in this was a very sad as it only had a small area to swim in should be released back into the ocean. After the turtles we had lunch at the sanctuary and then we went to the buggies. What can I say this was great we had an 1.5hrs of fun driving through the local streets then of into farmland then opening the buggies up to there true potential got covered with heaps of mud was real fun. Then drive along the beach for a while and we all stopped for a swim for 10 minutes to was down and refresh then back for buggy driving. Our buggy guide was excellent and we had a backup buggy for breakdowns which was used but it was a 2 minute changeover. I would like to thank Yumi Tours and our great driver and tour guide who made this a memorable experience. Regards Paul

This was pretty cool. The highlight was our time at blue lagoon. Great rope swings to jump into the water. Wear comfy clothes and bring enough sun screen and bug spray. We got to see turtles and toch then. Have a camera ready! Our buggy broke down twice. That’s why 4 stars instead of 5
