Unexpected private experience

A very hands on experience not just a demonstration prepare to learn a lot have fun and get you hands dirty (with ingredients). Chef Frederico has a great sense of humor made the entire experience absolutely fantastic, he has a great partner and staff and a lovely history filled facility. I’d wish we’d known they’re also an inn would’ve loved to stay a night or two in the property.

A friend and I took this cooking class on Sept 28th. It was truly a wonderful experience for us. The husband and wife team were particularly generous and friendly. We were told during the class that we would get all the recipes via email (which we left with them). But we have yet to receive them. Could you please forward this note to them in the hope that they will followup? Thank you Carole and Liz

We had a glorious time. It was a beautiful home in Umbria and Federico was great. Funny, talented and informative. My son and I learned a lot and the food was delicious. We highly recommend this cooking class.
