An additional surcharge of Mandatory fees of 750MXN per traveler. (Government tax 420MXN, Tulum fee 100MXN and natural reserve 230MXN) is payable in cash on the day of your activity.
This activity requires a minimum of 4 passengers to take place, if the minimum is not reached you will be offered to reschedule.
If rescheduling is not possible you will receive a full refund.
Hotel pickup from Tulum hotels is not available. Passengers staying at Tulum Hotels must meet the tour at the designated meeting point.
Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby or meeting point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
You should bring swimwear, towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, insect repellent and spending cash for incidentals.
Please note that as of January 2nd, 2025, Mexican federal government has imposed a new additional mandatory tax for all visitors attending Tulum Archeological Site (Mayan Ruins). As a result, a mandatory surcharge of 750MXN pesos per passenger is payable in cash on the day of your activity.

We were not given the experience for which we paid. There was no guide for the Mayan ruins. No bottled water or boxed lunches was available, as promised in supplied. We ended up having to spend allot of extra money and water a day off our vacation!

As for the bottled water and boxed lunches, these are typically provided as part of our itinerary, and we apologize if there was any issue with availability. We’ll review the specifics of your tour to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future.
