The destinations are great but be prepared to be pushed and shoved every time you board the boat.
There are so many people on the boat that there is huge competition for the decent spots, meaning that for each of the 4 times you board the boat there is a scrum of people battling to get on. The staff seem to find it quite amusing but with my wife being pregnant and caught in the middle of it, as well as seeing lots of children also being pushed around, I did not.
Either take less people on each excursion or do some sort of allocated seating system..

Not what I expected . Was expecting more fun. Then it was a 2 1/2 hour boat ride to the islands which they did not mention on the listing . At least they sold snacks and stuff but didn’t make up for how overly packed the boat was. People would fight to get back on the boat after every stop which was really annoying because people would push you. Went to the islands during off hours so there was not much to do or see. Wanted to leave mid trip but was too far away to do so 😐

Great experience but too much chaos, unassigned seats, air conditioning not turned on (if you aren't lucky enough to get a seat outside you die of heat).
It was supposed to be a night excursion but we saw the lava flow while there was still light and it's not the same thing.....
