Disappointed Island Tour

Candalaria was the best part. Everything else was poor. The bus driver would not allow eating or drinking on the bus considering 80%of the tour was seated on the bus. Got picked up at 8 and dropped off at Sol Arona, Los Cristianos, waited until 10 o’clock to get transferred. Rep said car accident but should have phoned or messaged us. Places we visited were really run down.

The trip was good, the guide was excellent, but the information on the trip and its follow-up was not acceptable. It is still advertised with hotel pickup, ahich was confirmed for us, but a few days later the conditions were changed and we had to take a taxi to go to the pick-up location, which made the trip more expensive.

Island tour: a must do

Great: you see a lot of interesting places and learn the history. The drivers and the guide were very friendly and empathic. Guide spoke 3 langues (English, German and Dutch) and presented clear and useful explanations.

Great tour choice if you want to get the maximum out of your day

Thoroughly enjoyable full day tour, visited some wonderful places and had ample time at each stop. The lunch stop (extra cost but well worth it) was great, with plenty of Canarian specialties on the menu and very reasonable. Our driver and Lydia our courier were very friendly and we all learned a lot about the island. Excellent day out.

Llevando mas de tres meses con la reserva hecha y con hora de recogida ya asignada para las 08.30, nos envian un whatsapp comunicando que no hay guia en español el mismo dia de la excursion a las 08.00. Nos querian reubicar para otro dia que seguramente hubiese mas españoles. Muy insatisfechos.

Hola Laura como le hemos comentado tuvimos un error con el sistema de avisos y nos dimos cuenta que no le había llegado la información. Le hemos ofrecido una alternativa que han aceptado. Les tournant entre garachico et masca. On monte à plus de 1000 mètre d'altitude mais beaucoup de tournant étroit la vue est magnifique
