I want to let everyone know to NOT book with these excursion. We requested an English speaking tour guide and our tour guide spoke Arabic and French. He did not get out the car with us to explain to us any of the tour stops and we were uninformed of the history of Tangier. We also did not receive the free refreshments and we did not complete the entire tour. I filed a request for a partial refund with Viator and they said that this excursion company denied the request. Our tour guide explained to us he was upset that he couldn’t speak English but we were still booked with him from bbk tours. My friends and I were walking around Tangier lost, confused, and undervalued. Please if you’re an English speaking person do not book. Find another tour guide.
