Wort excursion ever

We waited where the site said to go and they never showed. We left in a taxi and they called 10 minutes later telling us we were at the wrong place. Very unprofessional from start to finish and would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself some aggrevation and do not book this or anything else, I’m not gonna say from viator yet unless they refuse to refund my money

Our driver was present at the correct meeting point on time, holding a sign with your name and waiting as arranged. According to verified information, you left the meeting point at approximately 9:30 AM and got into a different taxi that was not assigned to you, before the scheduled pickup time. This created the confusion. We attempted to contact you at the scheduled time, and only then it became clear that you had already departed with another driver. We understand that misunderstandings can happen, especially when communication is difficult, but our team followed the agreed plan correctly and was present as scheduled. As your booking was made through Viator, any refund request is handled directly through their platform, where we are ready to provide all supporting evidence if needed. Kind regards.
