This was one of the best experiences during our visit to Tangier. Karim was an excellent guide—very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.
The camel ride on the beach was unforgettable and the scenery was stunning. We also had a delicious Moroccan lunch and enjoyed walking through the medina and local markets.

We had such a great experience touring Tangier with Karim. As a couple traveling for the first time to Morocco, we really appreciated how easy he made everything.
The day included a city tour, a camel ride, a great local lunch, and a walking tour through the medina. Karim explained a lot about Moroccan culture and history, which made the experience even more interesting.
Everything was well organized but still relaxed. We felt comfortable the entire time and truly enjoyed every part of the day.

If you’re visiting Tangier, ask for Karim. Seriously.
He welcomed us right at the port (a huge advantage since Patito Tours has permission to meet guests directly on the pier), and from that moment everything was smooth and easy.
Karim is knowledgeable, funny, and incredibly proud of his city. He explained the culture, the history, and even the everyday life of Tangier in a way that made the city feel very real to us.
Everywhere we went people greeted him like an old friend, which is how he earned his nickname from us “the Mayor of Tangier.”
A big thank you also to Abdullah, our driver, whose calm and professional driving kept the day comfortable and relaxed.
This tour gave us a wonderful first impression of Morocco and we would recommend it without hesitation.

Karim was our guide and he truly made our visit to Tangier unforgettable! He is an absolute gem. He shared so much local knowledge and insight that you would never get without a guide who truly knows and loves his city.
From the moment we were picked up in a spotless van until we were dropped back at the port, everything ran perfectly smoothly. Patito Tours even has authorization from the port authority to meet guests right on the pier, which made the whole process effortless.
Karim speaks excellent English and everywhere we went people greeted him warmly — it honestly felt like everyone knew him! By the end of the day we were jokingly calling him the “Mayor of Tangier.”
We would also like to thank Abdullah, our driver, whose calm and professional driving made the day even more comfortable.
Morocco is such a welcoming country and this tour was truly excellent. We highly recommend it!

We stopped for traditional Moroccan food, sipped mint tea, and visited trusted artisans where I found beautiful handcrafted items and authentic Berber rugs. My time in Morocco was truly unforgettable, and I owe so much of that to Karim. From the very beginning, his professionalism, warmth, and deep love for his city were evident in every detail of the experience.
Our journey included incredible stops at the Caves of Hercules, Cap Spartel — where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic — and the beautiful Parc Perdicaris. Riding a camel along Achakkar Beach with the ocean stretching endlessly behind me was one of those surreal moments you never forget. Each stop felt purposeful, never rushed, and enriched by Karim’s engaging storytelling.
We admired stunning mosques from the outside and passed the King’s Palace, learning about Morocco’s history, culture, and traditions along the way. Karim doesn’t just share facts — he shares stories, context, and personal insight that bring each place to life.
The walking portion through the Kasbah and Medina is where the experience became truly extraordinary. As a native of the Kasbah, Karim knows its winding streets like the back of his hand. I took a Tangier day trip from Marbella by flight as a solo female traveler and felt completely safe during the tour. Hamiz, the tour guide, was wonderful and highly recommended. He knew everyone personally everywhere we went, which made the experience feel welcoming and authentic. Abdul, our driver, was professional and kind. The camel ride along the beach was absolutely beautiful and a highlight of the day. I highly recommend this excursion if you’re looking for a memorable day trip from Marbella or a Cruise stop.

We were met at the cruise port promptly with a comfortable van, driver and a lovely English speaking young woman named Jasmine She took us to several places and we had a yummy Moroccan breakfast overlooking the water. We had camel rides along the beach as then was escorted to the Casbah and Medina. It was a perfect educational and safe day. Do not hesitate to use them.

What a great experience! Karim was quick to reply to all questions ahead of time. We spent the morning touring the countryside with a small group which allowed us to avoid the big bus tours of ship passengers. We saw the lighthouse, the Strait of Gibralter, explored the city and medina/souks. Also included was an authentic breakfast with truly fresh squeezed OJ. The mint tea was divine. We also got to ride camels on the beach which was great. Majeed(?) Was a great tour leader. Loved the information and the details. I would highly recommend this tour!

What an amazing experience. Karim got in touch with us right after booking and verified with us everything we wanted to do. We spent the morning touring the countryside, this was great because we were able to avoid the big busses full of our cruise ship passengers. The camel ride was amazing, the light house, the straight of Gibraltar and the city was amazing. Showing was fun and eating breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this tour to everyone. We even had several elderly individuals who struggle with walking but this tour was no problem for them.

Amazing tour, was sorry we didn't have more time. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and fun. The historical sites and scenic stops were very impressive. He looked out for us in the markets to make sure what we were being charged was the price we negotiated. He took us to an incredible local restaurant with wonderful Moroccan cuisine and music. The camel ride was so much fun. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

We had a fabulous day with Karim. He was the best tour guide, friendly and knowledgable. We drove through the city and stopped at all the wonderful sites, with photo opportunities all day (Karim is an excellent photographer). We had a fun ride on a camel (African Limo) on the beautiful beach...bucket list item. We ended the day with some shopping at the market and a delicious Moroccan lunch. A GREAT day in Tangier...highly recommend booking this trip.
