La visite s'est bien passée jusqu'à que le guide commence à nous emmener dans toute la ville à une allure beaucoup trop rapide, sous 40 degrés, sans pause ni eau qui était sensée être fournie tout le long du voyage. Les premières activités étaient bien mais ensuite on s'est rendue compte que la visite a duré 4h et pas 6-7h, qu'on avait fait aucun des musées compris dans l'offre et que l'accès aux grottes devaient être payées en plus alors que c'était sensé être compris dans le prix.
En bref, la moitié de ce qui était compris dans l'offre n'a pas eu lieu et allure beaucoup trop rapide qui nous a empêché de profiter vraiment des paysages (Supplément insolation)

We sincerely apologize for the pace feeling too fast — Tangier’s highlights are spread out, and some areas, especially in the Medina, can only be explored on foot. We always strive to adjust the pace according to our guests’ comfort.
Regarding the itinerary, all included sites are normally fully accessible, and we aim to provide a complete experience with entrance tickets and water. On that particular day, some adjustments were necessary due to operational restrictions, which is not representative of our standard tours.
