First off. Never was contacted by them. Had to search for their number to confirm my booking which was less than 12 hours away. Then when finally getting in touch the first wanted to charge me an extra $80 since I was a solo traveling and clearly has price for one. I got him down to $50. Just for him to show up. When they came I refused to pay any extra and already paid plenty. We were not in a private car but a taxi and went through things quickly saw the lighthouse from afar. The camel ride was NOT on the beach but on a cliff off the side of the road and cause I was alone maybe 10 min worth cause I assume I being alone wasn’t worth more. Guide did try to take me to shops of his friends to make purchases but I didn’t need anything. Time I wanted to take more pics he quickly made me leave. When we got to the cave the $5 to get in he took care of but to see the cave opening which was supposed to be to be included I have to pay the $8 to get in. When lunch came around he took off as soon as I sat down. What was suppose to be a full day 6-7 hours was maybe 3. I even tipped him $20 but could tell he was expecting the extra money and not happy with the situation even tho I tried to make conversation and apologize for their mistake. I know it’s about haggling here in Morocco and some have gotten me maybe a lot and a few extra bucks I assume they need more than I do to go into a battling war. But booking something with a listed price then refusing to honor it with no time to book another or refund within time is just unacceptable. I could have done these things on my own and paid 1/3 of the price without feeling it was my fault and I didn’t deserve a magical day. DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THEM. I was kind leaving a tip even a generous one. And lunch was the worst I had in all of Morocco with bad service

Full on private tour and transportation to and from a pick-up address of your choice. We had a fantastic local tour guide, Abdenabi Abdellah, who knew all the ins and outs from traveling to each destination on the private tour and was very knowledgeable of the history of the city. I highly recommend this specific tour, you won't be disappointed. Best priced private tour on this website!

Pick up not at port but outside 40 mins late.
No stopping for pictures at Marshan Palace or parc Perdicaris only drive pass.
Camel ride in car park no beach. No beach or local cruisine meet locals etc
No Cafe Hafa no views of the city
Fast walk through socco basar markets
No visit to Musee de la Kasbah ticket paid no mention
No visit to American Legation Museum no mention
No visit to Moshe Nahon Synagogue not mention
Tour complete in 3hrs 30mins not 7 hrs as booked
Left at old town to walk back to the port not returned to port as booked

Dans le résumé il est indiqué qu'on nous prend en charge avec un véhicule climatisé avec bouteille d'eau, petit déjeuner, thé ou café ou jus d'orange, nous n'avons rien eu de tout ça, nous avons fait la visite en taxi, fenêtres ouvertes. Nous avons eu un guide qui parlait le français, très gentil, qui nous a bien expliqué l'histoire de Tanger, fait la visite de la médina, conseillé un restaurant typique où nous avons pris le couscous, nous avons très bien mangé mais le prix est excessif je trouve 20€ par personne en nous indiquant bien que le pourboire n'est pas inclus, en entrée une salade une soupe une pastilla au poulet le couscous une assiette de fruits un thé une pâtisserie une bouteille de soda ( attrape touristes)
Nous avons bien visité tous les sites indiqué à part la grotte d'Hercule , nous sommes bien allés sur le site mais fait la visite de la petite cascade avant l'entrée de la grotte mais pas la grotte en elle même...
Dans l'ensemble belle découverte de jolis coins à voir, le tour en chameau génial pour une 1ère fois mais vous pouvez trouvez moins cher directement sur place et dans la médina les guides viennent à vous spontanément
