A:Our cruises depart from King Street Wharf No. 8, Darling Harbour. Located in front of Cargo Bar on the Darling Harbour Promenade. Our vessel will arrive at the wharf 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure to commence boarding.

we had such an amazing time on the boat! The food was amazing and the staff was so attentive. The views were incredible and we definitely recommend this as a fun date night! We were celebrating our honeymoon and this tour did not disappoint! Thank you to Albana for making our night so special!

I cannot comment on the experience itself, as the event never took place. The communication, however, is horrible. I was on a 2 week vacation and this event was scheduled for the final evening. My wife and I got dressed up and walked to the venue only to find that there is no ship there. Viator customer service inforned me that 3 days previously the event was cancelled and I should have received an email. They could not tell me why I received a confirmation text just 3 hours earlier and also the day before that as well.
Being that I was on vacation I am not one to spend time on email but the email intro was also very deceptive. The email did not come from Viator, which would have stood out, or from 'Sydney Harbour Cruise', rather it came from some anonymous sender that I easily scanned over. So why would Viator be sending confirmation texts days after the event was cancelled???

Beautiful sights (opera house, boats, skyline). Peaceful and a great dinner. The staff were friendly and there were bathrooms on board. Low impact, not much walking required.

It was very worrying to arrive at pick up point Wharf 8 and there to be no signage for this trip. When tried to ring office it was closed . Info said to arrive 15 mins prior to departure time. At first I thought I had been scammed. Unnecessary anxiety generated. Suggest in future they put up a sign or a board about the trip

very nice dinner cruise from Bangalaroo (?), viewing Sydney harbor withy twists and turns to see the sydney opera building. departure time left great late evening (early march) view before dinner (30-45 minutes). dinner was good (not outstanding), beer and wine included. overall nice trip.

Disappointing really. Not that it’s all about alcohol but we weren’t offered a glass of wine with supper and no coffee or tea as stated on booking. Glass of fizz on arrival which was topped up but service of beverages not as we imagined. Food was delicious but dessert served just as we were passing illuminated opera house so not ideal for seeing harbour. At the end of our 6 weeks in OZ and a very disappointing experience

Open air viewing on a windy day may be uncomfortable and limited.

this tour was a great way to spend the kast night in Sydney, The crew was exceptional, and the boarding process was quick and easy. the topper was the fireworks show after the cruise. Food aboard the ship was nicely prepared.

This trip is definitely well worth doing, staff were fabulous, the meal was excellent. The boat was not overcrowded or too noisy. Lots of opportunity to take some brilliant pictures without having to fight for space. Overall a good evening out.😄

Had a wonderful cruise-dinner experience on Sydney Harbour. The food was good—fresh, tasty, and nicely prepared—but the views were the true highlight. Going in summer made the evening feel extra special. We started with a bit of warm sunlight, then watched a stunning sunset spread across the water, and finally enjoyed the sparkling night lights of Sydney’s skyline. Experiencing all three moments in one smooth cruise felt magical. It was relaxing, scenic, and a beautiful way to appreciate the harbour. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable night out.

I was worried about the boat not being there when we arrived but on the exact time they said they would be there they were. The food was slow but very good. The weather was horrible the night we cruised but we were still able to get our pictures we wanted. The staff was Amazing and kept our wine glasses full. It’s a smallish cruise so a nice family date situation. Not a party boat. And just what we were looking for

The trip did not leave when advertised. In fact, the boat never showed up, despite multiple reminder emails. This was especially a bummer since it was my birthday. So I needed to go the a similar trip that left several hours later instead.

The cruise was wonderful. Though we were a little disappointed at first to not be sat next to a window, there was plenty of time during the dinner to get up and walk around outside during the deck in between courses. The food wasn't exactly what we would have ordered if we were to go out but it was prepared well and the service was phenomenal.

This tour did not go ahead and the provider did not contact us. When we arrived at the departure point, the notice board stated the tour had left 1 hour earlier. When we contacted the provider, they said it was cancelled and we needed to contact Viator. They distinctly gave the impression that they didn't care. When we contacted Viator they advised the provider had not contacted them, but that they would look into it. Four days later a refund was provided.

Cruise canceled. No communication. All booked customers waiting at the wharf, ready to board at 6:10. Someone came and told us it was cancelled at about 6:08. Apparently issues with boat but they should have texted/told us sooner. Really disappointing.
