We were very happy with the tour. The park isn't overly large, but contains all of the unique Australian animals that we wanted to see. Our guide, Kaival, was great- friendly, informative and helpful.

Possibly the worst value vacation experience on the continent!

If I could give this experience less than one star I would. $700 for two people to go to a $25 each mini-zoo “guided tour” (with no real interactive activities) plus a bottle of water and transportation to and from our hotel was a complete waste of money. The entire tour took only an hour, with the first 15 minutes without even a guide as he had to attend to other “guests” who we never saw. I literally feel like I was robbed. Usually Viator’s ratings are reliable but somehow this experience slipped through the cracks. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one like the plague.

While the tour duration and inclusions were delivered as advertised, we regret that it did not align with what you had anticipated. We got a trip in a very comfortable vehicle and a private tour - going to the right animals in the right order to avoid the crowds. Our guide also was very knowledgeable and able to provide great incites as we visited the various animals. Had a chance to feed the Roos, more. And a personal touch - we were interested in a specific toy for our granddaughter and in his spare time he researched that and more.

Nice plan close to Sidney

This tour allows you to visit the Reserve without spending the whole day which is what we needed. It can be done in about 3 hours depending on how much time you spend in the zoo. The place is rather small but everything looks great. The close encounter with the koala and photo opportunity is not included in the price though. Our driver was a bit pushy in trying to pick us up and drop us off where it was more convenient for him instead of where we wanted. Other than that, all good!

Avoid in afternoon Animals are sleepy after having been fed all morning. Cost of almost 200 per person is way too much
