    My Booking was cancelled and i was informed same day that my payment will be refunded but havent recd any payment yet. I have the details of the provider stating cancellation on my chat. I need my Payment.

    We cancelled your tour due to the weather, the refund can take a few days to appear in your bank account after we send it. There is not a reason to leave a review like this for this and it would be better to contact us to check the status of your refund. Please do that and we will let you know when you will have it back in your account.

    Excellent experience! Jesus was a terrific guide, informative, friendly, and focused on seeing the Northern Lights. We had zero cloud cover but needed the other factors to fall into place. He was checking his app at dinner and asked if we wanted to skip desert as the conditions would soon be good (per the app). We all agreed and saw some spectacular lights! Even though it was early October and we were dressed warmly the winter suits he let us use were very welcome. As was the hot lingonberry tea!
