This was a nice tour. I’ve actually done it before, but without the beach stops. We traveled with three little ones, and they really enjoyed themselves. The beaches were beautiful, and our driver was very knowledgeable about the history. He even stopped so the kids could feed the iguanas, which was a really fun touch. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience for the whole family.

Guide outstanding, but the hookup procedure needs improvement. The directions provided are way too vague. We wasted limited port time trying too find our guide.

We booked this tour expecting to be a group tour but turned out to be a private tour. The agency communicated well ahead of the experience and even adapted the departure time to align with the cruise ship docking times. It was a little confusing to find the meeting point at first and the map provided was essential. The tour was led by Chiky, a vibrant lady who showed us the island with enthusiasm and humour, tailoring the tour to our specific requirements, such as a short stay in Philipsburg, which was highly appreciated. The sights were nice, and we especially enjoyed the planes at Maho beach. Bring your swim wear if you want to get in the water at any of the beautiful beaches. If we had a bit more narrative about the places we visit it would have been a perfect trip.

An amazing and very memorable tour

We had a truly amazing day exploring this stunning island on a private tour with Darean. We saw/did everything and more than we expected. It was a very memorable day with some very special experiences. Darean encouraged us to do the Moses Walk which was a fabulous and memorable experience. He kindly videod/ photographed our walk. We got to see iguanas close up and saw Orient Bay beach. We drove past Marigot bay then enjoyed the most stunning views overlooking the bay from Fort Luis! We then spent an hour at the gorgeous Mayo Beach. It was great and memorable experience to see many planes fly above our heads and landing very close by. Finally, we enjoyed yet more great views from Colebay Hill. This truly was an amazing and very memorable day and Darean made our day very special. We would definitely recommend this excellent our with Darean. It is the best!

I booked the private tour for my husband’s birthday and I am so very happy that I did!! When we met up with Darean outside the security gate he was holding a Happy Birthday sign for my husband:) I thought that was a great touch!!! He told us a lot about the history and landmarks of the island. Darean gave us the option to make our own schedule or just go along with his. We decided to do what he recommended and it turned out to be a great day. We made several different stops, including a stop to feed iguanas. We were able to do the Moses walk, which was a great experience. Darean recommended a little restaurant for lunch and it was fantastic!! Along with stops at Maho and Orient beach and a few great lookout points. It was a great action packed day. I would highly recommend this tour especially the private tour. I think it was definitely worth the money.

Tony is an excellent tour guide. He knows everything about the island of St. Martin. He brought us to a fantastic chocolate store. And ordered our lunch in advance, which got our food on the table as soon as we arrived and the food was superb. Tony is accommodating and a very good driver!!

We were very pleased with the tour with Damien. He was quite nice and accommodating and was willing to pick us up from the public ferry terminal (we came in for the day from Anguilla). He also dropped us off there and made some good recommendations for other things to do. His van was completely comfortable and I would recommend this tour to everyone visiting St Martin.

Great Way to Learn About the Island

We upgraded to a private tour for four people (2 couples) and enjoyed our exploration of St Marten. Darien was knowledgeable about the island and provided some nice insights. The vehicle was comfortable and provided plenty of space and comfort.

Fantastic tour! As a former tour guide myself - this family does great! My family and I took this tour with 10 people and the tour guide was so attentive to my elderly parents as well as my kids. You knew all about the island and gave a great tour. I was highly recommend this tour to any group. Fantastic value.

It is one of the best tours in the Caribbean that we have gone on. The owner explained the history, culture and economy in detail. We loved it. I highly recommend this versus big bus tours. Saw a lot of beauty.

Patrick was informative and provided a good narrative. Unfortunately the van was disgustingly dirty and smelled like dog. The passenger side door was broken and it was difficult to get in and out of the back seat.

Of all of our tours, this one was the absolute best. Our tour guide, Dameon, was a fantastic host and driver. This island will be one for the memory books. When we return, we will book the company again and hopefully the same driver.

Nice Island, disappointing tour.

The problems started with the pickup point, Viator shows it as on the pier, it’s actually out on the main road. I was sent a WhatsApp to help me find it, but once off the ship I had no WiFi. I had to run back the the ship to get online as no bars nor info centre had WiFi. Not a great start.. The Tour duration was accurate, but the commentary was mainly banal ( on the left is a hotel, on the right is the fire station ). Couple of nice stops at a fort and a beach, but mainly telling us about places we whizzed through. The final sting was getting to the Dutch Airport excited to experience a large plane land or take off, but NOTHING… Apparently a plane landed early and we had to get back so could not wait for the next one. I was hugely disappointed. If I came again, I would get a taxi to and from the airport checking flight arrival times ). Finally we were offered 1 drink in 6 hours, a nice local beer.

You disembarked the ship late and unprepared with one goal in mind, to see airplanes land. Blaming Viator and our airport flight schedules, claiming to be offended one drink but the cooler came back empty. Who drank the rum punch?
