We were scheduled for a private couples tour and modified our booking 4 days (policy is the modification has to happen >24 hours in advance to accommodate) in advance for a different date. Viator sent us tickets for the updated day, we showed up to the dock 15 mins early in Marigot and the Captain had already left. We were told to then head to Grand Case, arrived on time, and the Captain was rude, uninviting, and told us we were booked for the following day, even though the date/time were reflective of the current date on our tickets. We were asked to get out of the boat, and the Captain took off with a group of 10 and left us standing on the dock. We were double booked and instead of apologizing or assisting us to resolve the issue, he just left and decided a group of 10 was more important than us who had paid $1400 for the day. I recommend going with another company as they were extremely unhelpful, rude, and clearly inconvenienced by paying customers. We ended up going with another company and had the BEST day!
