This tour was amazing! Our guide had been with the company for over 30 years and was so great! He was so helpful and had great advice on where to go and what to see. The timing was perfect since we had a flight later that night. Would 100% recommend to anyone. In fact we’re joking a tour that will be back in split this week and we plan to recommend it to everyone!

We enjoyed the trip and the stops it made. Weather was nice, crowds were minimal. Our skipper was competent and pleasant but not overly friendly and not informative about our destinations. Blue Lagoon was pretty - no snorkel equipment as advertised but ok since it was a bit cool for that. Certainly a pleasant trip but could have been more engaging.
My one safety concern was no mention of life jackets. I asked about this as in Canada this is an absolute requirement to have adequate life jackets on board. The skipper did not know- he looked in the benchs but there were none. Fortunately all was fine but I think this is a serious omission.

Regarding the snorkeling equipment at the Blue Lagoon, thank you for your understanding. During the postseason, snorkeling gear is not always available by default and is typically offered only upon request, as cooler temperatures often reduce demand. We’ll make sure this is communicated more clearly in our descriptions to avoid any confusion.
Most importantly, thank you for raising the concern about life jackets. Safety is a top priority for us, and we absolutely agree that clear communication about safety equipment is essential. The skipper did look for them in the bench area, but they are actually stored in a different compartment on the boat. Life jackets are always on board and meet all regulatory requirements, but we recognize that this should have been clearly explained at the start of the trip.

I am staying in Split and got the public bus to Trocgir as indicated on the voucher. On return a couple said they were going to split and the captain said I could too! I don’t understand why I had to get a local bus!

We left Trogir at 4PM. There was no Trogir tour as it said in the itinerary. At blue lagoon we only had 60 min time instead of 90 min. There we almost collided with another boat and had to listen to the drivers arguing and cursing at each other. Then from Maslinica we drove to Split which took almost 40 min. The itinerary doesn’t mention driving to Split. To summarize everything not enough time for doing anything at the Blue lagoon and Maslinica….only driving around with the speed boat. Not really worth of money and time.

Great and fast way to explore the islands. Blue lagoon was a little underwhelming. Our boat driver was experienced and got us to three places safely. There was not much interaction between him and guests but he did state a few facts about the three islands.

No one showed us to pick up, no one called us to say they had a problem or cancel. We along with another man were Left standing in 90 degree sun and got disconnected four times on whatsapp. Was able to request a refund we're just waiting for it! Hopefully that's not a problem......we'll see.

Just okay. Communication is difficult and it’s more of a taxi service to three different islands. Directions said to be 15 minutes early yet the boat arrived 25 min later, so the boat the directions told to find was not there. Boats crowded and goes at full speed, but nothing g to hold onto, so kind of painful ride. It is nice to see the different islands, and blue lagoon area is cute, but it’s a restaurant that you must purchase to sit there, or you can sit with the boat on the dock.

the skipper looks like he hates his job.. unlike the other good skippers in the same company, he didnt give any explanations about the islands we went to and was often using his phone while driving the speedboat. there was also too little time in Trogir (45min) and way too much time in maslinica (90min). at the blue lagoon, the boat stopped us at the shore and it was too rocky to swim. On the boat, there were no wind jackets provided and those of us who were sitting at the back of the boat got soaked from the sea water. it was awfully cold and i feel sick. overall i feel like i wasted precious time and money in Split… i want a refund.

Thank you for your review which is unfortunately not a good one for us and our crew member. However, we would like to point out some specific points which might lead you to rethink degrading our services for no reason:
Our Skipper gave you excatly 1 hr and 5 minutes in Trogir to explore instead of 45 minutes (Our tracker on the boat confirmed this).
He advised you also prior to departure that there is no windjackets on the boat which you agreed to. He is also allowed to communicate with us during his working time.
We know you were disappointed that the sea is too cold to snorkel and swim but unfortunately, we do not have any impact on the weather, but in a certain way on the our deeply respected nature and our skipper told you a few times NOT TO touch our sea urchins and to leave them alone. Furthermore we do not give a refund just because we had a meaningful public holiday and that some other venues chosed to close their business.

This wasn’t really a boat tour. This was more like we paid to be on a boat and it was an inconvenience to the driver that he had to take us places. Little to no words were exchanged about the islands we stopped at and the time spent at the blue lagoon felt short and rushed. The driver was texting while maneuvering the speed boat and also did a little errand before dropping the group off. Incredibly unprofessional and in poor taste. Also the meeting point was incredibly unclear despite the Google coordinates provided. They tell you to meet at a “Croatian flag” and then yell at you in condescension over the phone that you’re at the wrong flag only to want you to meet at a blue flag that says “Split” on it. I would not recommend this to anyone and would encourage those to stay away and save their money to be spent elsewhere

As described. But know that for the blue lagoon, you need water shoes (very rocky and sea urchins), very crowded and nothing much to see but rocks (we saw two fish). The rest was ok and our skipper was excellent !

Boat ride was lovely -- Trogir was nice, as was the Blue Lagoon. Stop at little resort marina was a bit long -- we ate lunch. Not much else to do there. Fun day overall!

First of all, our young captain from Trogir was amazing! He knew things about each island and made the trip so pleasurable. I was skeptical once we got to the blue lagoon because it was so populated with people however, snorkeling as a videographer was perfect. The photos were the Clearest I’ve gotten after snorkeling in multiple locations throughout Croatia. I give it five stars.

This was a really fun excursion with a wide variety of activities. The speed boat ride was a blast. Our guide Branko was friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed exploring Trogir. The Blue Lagoon was beautiful and we had plenty of time to swim. Make sure to bring water shoes. It is very rocky. We were pleasantly surprised by a stop in the lovely town of Maslinica where we enjoyed lunch.

I enjoyed this charming tour around Croatian islands where you can embrace couture, beach, snorkeling in a few hours. Our guide Ivana was a pleasant guide and skillful skipper .I recommend this tour for someone who doesn’t like a big crowded group and want to be independent to explore around.

Wow! We all had a fantastic time on the speedboat with a great Skipper Jacob. Our 10 yr old twins loved the boat and Jacobs choice in music and explanations of each Island! Snorkeling in the blue lagoon was beautiful . Trifurcation was a beautiful island with the fortress and breakfast. I would definitely recommend this excursion !!!! Perfect on a hot day and escaping the crowds ! Thank you Jacob , this has been a highlight from our trip to Croatia thus far !

In simple terms - unbelievable. To put the fact that there was only 1 other small group and that the boat was small and lovely to one side, the tour itself exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of time at each part of the tour, and the tour guide (a young man) was very helpful and knowledgable. The first part, Trogir, was beautiful, we were given plenty of time to explore the area, it boasted stunning streets, great shops, markets (in which my girlfriend bought a lovely pair of earrings) and placed to eat. This was followed by the blue lagoon, which despite being very cold (being early October at the time of our visit) as well as rocky and hard to walk on, the water was stunning, views were breathtaking and a lovely beach club and stop altogether. The last island we just had lunch at, but the view was stunning and we had plenty of time to enjoy our lunch and relax watching the views. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip, and we strongly recommend to anyone going to Split - I know other reviews say the boat was different and bigger with more people, but honestly I’d have no problem with that, as the journey is the same, stops are the same and views are the same.

The trip and the locations we visited were very nice. Our tour guide was just “ok”. He had zero energy or excitement. We could hardly hear him when he spoke. The boat did not have enough snorkel equipment for everyone. This was deceiving for what was advertised.
Overall, the country of Croatia is beautiful and the people are kind. We were given a safe passage on our boat. Our guide either had a bad day or he should choose a new profession. Life is good and us tourists all came to enjoy ourselves and spend money.

We had a nice tour guide who made several interesting stops - Trogir, a beach stop and another small village. You definitely get your money’s worth. Highly recommend. But please note, it’s very bumpy traveling on the water - know your limits.

BE ADVISED: this tour is NOT on a fiberglass shaded boat AS ADVERTISED in the provider operated photos online. We arrived to find it was in a RIB boat (actual boat pictured). They are refusing a refund stating “other passengers participated” and they do not give last minute cancellation refunds and sometimes they use “plastic boats and sometimes RIB.” Nowhere is a RIB rigid inflatable boat) boat shown in their provider photos, nor does the site state this. As this is 100% their doing due to lack of disclosure and false advertising, this easily could be fixed. We booked for shade and there is none on a RIB, and we booked for open seating- whereas on a RIB, there are tight rows of saddle-type seats. For a company that is so highly regarded, some appropriate disclosure is needed as well as proper photos for advertising. They would have been wiser and more business-savvy to accept THEIR mistake, apologize, refund us, and also fix their booking page photos and information. Such a shame.

As we said in our conversation, we use different types of boats for the tours. We would make a notice about that everywhere now, because no-one really made problems about that. Rib boats are even better boats and much more comfortable at the sea than the ones on the photos - so you got a better boat for the tour. We are sad that you did not even try to sit and start the tour because all other passengers enjoyed their day. And, as we told you at the meeting point, you did not have to sit on jockey seats, there were normal seats in the boat that you could use. The idea of the trip was great but executed poorly. First stop in Trogir no complaints. Just be prepared to dropped off for time to explore on own. Next stop Blue Lagoon was crowded. No snorkeling equipment offered or provided (or water even the entire trip). The beach and area is rocky so bring water shoes and water life minimal. Water clear and clean. Next we where dropped off at another stop for lunch (not included in price). Food was good but an added expense. The boat trip back (about 30 minutes) the driver went extremely fast in choppy waters. We are boaters and this was unacceptable and unsafe. He was picking up another group which he must have been late for.

As we advertise, you do not have a tour guide at the locations. The skipper gives you information about the locations and tips what to do and where to go. We are sorry that you did not like the Blue lagoon but this is your subjective opinion on which we cannot influence. Water and snorkelling equipment are always on the boat and you just need to ask. Food is not included in price and this also something that is written in the description when you booked the tour. When the waters are a little choppier the boat needs to go a little faster so you don't get wet by the waves. The skipper was not late. It is true that he had guests for the afternoon tour but the tour timing is perfectly well set in a way that he cannot be late. Really lovely day trip- the perfect amount of time and the stops were great. The speedboat is lots of fun and gives a real thrill! Music was also great and our hosts were lovely! Make sure you bring a towel because you do go swimming- and you'll need a proper coverup/change of clothes for the walk around Trogir and Solta. We had a great time and we really enjoyed our trip...

So for the fact that I had to pay so much, the trip was completely free, otherwise the guide didn't explain anything to us, he just sat in the boat the whole time, the people who didn't find out before asked themselves what he was actually the guide for if he didn't explain anything and just sitting around in the boat you have to be able to at least explain something to the people who come from other countries and tell them why you book the excursion that you have to find out everything yourself.
