Very good trip. Highly recommended. The guide (Mille) was friendly & professional. He had great stories about the regions and locations we went to. The starting point at Split at 0820 is easy to find. First stop at Trogir to pick up others. 30 mins there for have a quick look around. Then to Primosten with an hour stop. Enough time to go to the church & vantage point from the top & have a coffee by the waterfront. I recommend getting some beach shoes near the car park for later. Then off to Sibernik for another hour. Beautiful heritage town. Worth going into the church. Get sandwiches for the waterfall here. Then off to Krka. 3 hours at the amazing waterfalls. Mille have great instructions for good views. The beach shoes are very useful for getting into the river. Food is available by the swimming points. The waterfall is simply stunning and really worth swimming out to the rope for a great view. Water is a bit chilly at first but you’ll get used to it very quickly. Time flies very quickly when you’re in the water but from the main bridge, it is about 15 min back to the car park. Back in Split by 1830.

Leave Šibenik off crap

juliet_w, Sep 2023
Krka was beautiful wish we had more time here and at Primošten. Šibenik hated everything about it arrived there went to cathedral guide (Sandra) said owe it’s closed you have 1 hour free time and left us there was nothing at all to do need to take Šibenik off the tour waste of time and energy

Response from Host, Sep 2023

Dear Juliet, Thank You very much for Your review. We are sorry you did not like Sibenik but we hope you enjoyed Krka and Primosten.

An honest review

Julie_S, Aug 2023
An honest review. The national park & warerfall is amazing. We would have loved to been able to spend longer there. Sibenik & Primosten were not worth visiting ay all. Go for another tour that spends more time at Krka. We heard of one that included a boat trip around the waterfall and swimming! Also, the timings advertised are subject to change. We spent 1 hour at Sibenik, only 2.5 at Ktka & 1.5 at Primosten.

Falls beautiful, no swimming-disappointment, Town & beach nice, To fast paced on a half day trip

The waterfalls are more beautiful than the pictures & I recommend a visit. NO SWIMMING ALLOWED AT THE FALLS SINCE COVID. This tour we went on was very fast paced, we went to Sebinik for our first stop which we had an hour, then onto the waterfalls, our guide marched us to the bottom of the falls, which is a one way down, we did not have time to take the views in on the way down, (15mins) hindsight we would have let the guide carry on and we walked at our own pace as the route down look stunning, (30-4ins) once down at the main area we had time to look around the few shops, get pictures and have lunch, we then took the route back up to meet the bus about a 15 minute walk. Onto our next stop, the beach where we could swim and have a drink. Thank you to the guide we know he was doing his best for us, personally I’d have rather missed the first stop and gone straight to the falls, then stopping for a dip on the way back to resort

Highly Recommended Amazing Waterfalls

We were picked up from our hotel in...

We were picked up from our hotel in Trogir and along with 5 other people made our way to the medieval village of Primosten. Our guide, known as Henry, was very informative about the history of the area. After some free time in Primosten we then went on to Sibenik and here Henry took us on a short walking tour of the city during which he gave us lots of information about the buildings. We then made our way to Krka where we had 3 hours to explore a small area of the national park. Unfortunately we were not able to swim in the pools as by October the water is too high, but we spent an informative time in the village seeing the mill and learning about the hydro electricity. The walk round the falls is easily followed on a wooden walkway with some little detours on dirt tracks to viewpoints. Once you have reached the main waterfall, there are a very large number of steps to get back up to the car parks! Our guide, Henry, was excellent and really seemed to enjoy his job. I would highly recommend this tour

2 visites de ville...

Angelique_B, Apr 2022
