Our policy allows our staff or drivers to wait for up to 60 minutes after your scheduled arrival time to accommodate any delays. If you are unable to meet within this timeframe, an additional waiting fee will apply for each subsequent 30 minutes. For hotel pickups, we ensure timely departures based on your scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding and aim to provide you with the best possible service throughout your journey. "For transfers scheduled between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, a night fee of €50 will be charged. This extra amount must be paid in cash directly to your driver upon arrival."

Our driver was prompt efficient in picking us up from Sorrento and helpful with our group and luggage. He was safe and our van fit 6 of us with lots of comfort on our trip to Pompeii. Our tour guide Rosa was amazing. We all loved how much she knew about the history of Pompeii and the region. You could tell that she loved talking about it. Perfect for us since we had folks in our group that are fascinated about history. Thank you. Our driver returned us to the Napoli Centrale with plenty of time and we left Naples happy. So glad we had the opportunity. Our organizer kept me informed, communicated promptly and also followed up to see how we enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend them all!

Because it came in around midnight, our team worked on short notice to assign a driver to accommodate your early morning schedule. Pickup Details & Timing: The driver arrived at the pickup location approximately 10 minutes past the scheduled time and has proof of arrival at the site. We recognize that even a short delay is frustrating—especially early in the morning—and we sincerely apologize for those 10 minutes. Communication & Resolution: The pickup location specified two potential meeting points, and no direct call was made to our team or driver to confirm the exact spot upon arrival. However, as soon as Viator contacted us, we immediately approved a 100% full refund for your booking. For future travels, we strongly recommend booking further in advance and reaching out directly to the local operator to confirm details for ultra-early morning pickups.
