Wow. Anna and Valerio truly put together a Sorrento experience that is unforgettable. From the free flowing wine throughout the entire night to the fresh ingredients and thorough instructions across all 3 courses, my husband and I had the most incredible time. We would absolutely do this again with our daughters in the future and recommend everyone visit them as well as their little speakeasy called Shub, even if you don’t do their class. They sent us pictures they took throughout as well as full recipes to try at home. Soo worth it. Don’t second guess it, just do it.

This was incredible! We had so much fun and we did not stop smiling the entire time! Book this! You will not be disappointed! Anna and Valerio are so kind and they offer an amazing experience cooking Italian cuisine while drinking wine! We absolutely loved this. I wish we were in town longer to try out their cocktail bar, Shub. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

The cooking class was so much fun! We were lucky enough to have the class to ourselves and Nina and Valerio made us feel relaxed, happy and engaged! They were very playful, took pictures throughout the process so we could be in the moment, and provided thorough explanations for each step. But the star of the show was definitely the food and wine! I would recommend this over any other cooking experience in sorrento. *chef’s kiss*

When we were looking for some type of cooking experience, we liked that none of the reviewers of Nina Sorrento claimed to feel rushed. The clincher was not knowing what we would be making. As people who enjoy surprises, we signed up. It took a little effort to find the location (a place called Shub). But, it was well worth it. Anna and Valerie are too people who love what they do and are excellent at what they do. Anna kept the wine glasses full at all times, which was appreciated. And thanks to her, I can separate an egg without breaking the yolk. I've never been able to do that before. Valerio taught us the ins and outs of pasta dough preparation and how to know when fresh pasta is done. When we were finally able to eat what we made, holy cow! I did not know I was capable of making something that good. The class itself felt like we were hanging out with friends rather than being in a class. They provide good times, good wine, great food, and an amazing all around experience.

This was the absolute most fun cooking class!! Chef Valerio and Anna are so welcoming and they love what they do. Besides preparing a three-course meal, we drank wine, listened to all kinds of fun music, and sang and danced the entire time! An unforgettable experience!!! Their speakeasy is dark and sultry, and decorated eclectically with a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended experience in Sorrento!
